As a matter of fact, watching the entire process was interesting and educational. We would absolutely use them again and another neighbor was interested in hiring them as well. The only negative thing I could say was that we had specified that the neighbor needed 24 hours notice to move vehicles for Economy to come in. Economy's first try at a date was very last minute and we could not agree to that date. However, it was resolved and the second date worked. We had to remember that scheduling a work date was rather weather dependent. On the same note, Economy needed to understand that we stipulated giving notice for a reason, but it all worked out according to everyone's satisfaction and we are very pleased with the job. Chuck Callahan was excellent to work with on the retrofit of an old garage with carriage doors that were being removed for the installation of a new overhead lifting door. They are licensed and very professional. Chuck provided a not-to-exceed estimate, communicated well throughout the planning and implementation and had very competent workers on site to perform the tricky retrofit in a timely fashion, working closely with the garage door company. After 25 years and two moves, her favorite piece now had cracked paint and paint chipped After having my now-deceased Mom's cabinet shipped 1500 miles here to Delaware, I had a difficult time finding someone to restore it. There was no one in central Delaware. Fortunately I found Leonard. This was far from a normal restoration job. While he and his paint company researched and scanned one of the drawers to match the color, he sanded the pieces. He carefully applied primer, then coats of paint, and then glaze. He repaired the wooden drawer supports and even placed felt under, the legs of the top piece to prevent scratching. We are so grateful for the job that Leonard did. The piece is now a family heirloom that we can pass down to our daughter. No one could have done a better job. Thank you.
