And when I got up and looked at my phone, I saw she ended 10 minutes early. So I got screwed out of 25 minutes. And unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened at this location. Just a warning - if you are looking for a facial that is actually 60 minutes, you might want to go to another location or company all together.
