None of these arrangements match and PURPLE filler was used as actual flowers. The only BLUE flower is in the actual photo arrangement on the right, then purple flowers on the left. These flowers were dying by Monday morning. They were delivered Sunday. I called to talk to them today about my disappointment in the quality. And that several people had commented how they didn't match, so it wasn't just myself. I had to leave a message and when I was called back, "Cindy" simply identified herself as such, didn't tell me where she was calling from, and got snappy when I asked. When I explained my disappointment in the flowers, she started yelling at me, then crying because I wasn't happy with them. As if that wasn't unprofessional enough, she flat out told me, that they can't get blue flowers, and if they do, it's not often. Now, why didn't she explain this when we ordered? I would have ordered something different. Also, there was ONE Blue flower on the right of the frame piece, where did that come from? I was nice when I called, I just wanted her to know that the pictures we chose from, were far from what we received. For her to start yelling at me, and crying over me expressing my displeasure in what was brought, was BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL. We have gotten our flowers from here for years, and for her to react and behave like this, is the absolute WORST customer service ever. My parents owned and operated a flower shop for years. And I worked in there. The quality of what we received is inexcusable. When you order several hundreds of dollars worth of flowers, you expect to get what you pay for. After today, I will NEVER give them my business again.

Ordering online was easy- I chose a custom option (but they had many lovely arrangements available), listed the types of flowers she liked and the vibe and they created a beautiful arrangement that completely matched what I'd asked for! She loved them! And, it was a fairly last-minute order during one of the busiest flower-sending holidays, but they still delivered them on time! And really reasonable prices. There were five families in together on this bouquet, and all the names ran together, like one word, no spaces. It was super difficult to even tell whose names were on the card, and it was even run together with the message that I left on there Ex: celebrating her victorybill&sherrywright. Super disappointed.
