I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday. I chose some lovely design with beautiful blue accent flowers, the name of the bouquet was Sapphire Skies. I upgraded to Deluxe to add more blooms for an additional $10. What my friend received had a faint resemblance to my order. Flowers were substituted, which I understand happens, but you can see below the difference between what I ordered and what was delivered. I did call to speak with the manager because my bouquet was not worth what I paid nor was it what I expected to be delivered. She was unhelpful and actually got upset with me for complaining and demanded to know what I wanted her to do about it. Well... not the greatest person to speak to for sure and definitely unhelpful especially when I recommended that she look at her website to compare. Kicker is, that arrangement is no longer listed on her website... funny. But she forgot that we receive emailed receipts that include a picture of our arrangement and how much we paid. I'll post the pics and let you decide. On the plus side, I did request same day delivery and as early as they were able to accommodate. They did come through and delivered a little over an hour later, that is awesome! I wanted a bouquet for my husband's grave. I am out of state and have never ordered flowers delivered anywhere. The Flower Shop was very helpful with getting my order fulfilled. A gentleman took my order and said he would deliver the bouquet. A perfect daisy and red rose bouquet was delivered and a picture sent to me. My daughter is the only one that owns the flower shop. No one else. She works extra hours and cares how she designs for her customers. She is not related to any outside influences. Once they leave her hands and the store she is no longer responsible. I am a designer also and I know what it takes to operate and manage a floral shop. Thank you for not being nasty. read more
