I went here looking to refill some ink cartridges for my printer. I asked a clerk if they offered…read morerefills and he told me that they unfortunately do not. No big deal. But I asked him if he knew of anywhere in town that would refill my cartridges for me and he told me that there is no one in town who does refills. I took this to mean that I would have to buy new cartridges, so I looked that their selection and found that the cartridges I needed would cost $110 (before tax). I left. I then found out that there IS, in fact, and place in town that offers cartridge refills! AND they offer new cartridges at a fraction of the price! (Cartridge World, by 56th and Highway 2) Bottom line, I went into Office Depot needing help with refilling cartridges and they outright lied to me, trying to get me to buy brand new cartridges from them at an unreasonable markup. Funny enough, I checked Staples right after I left Office Depot and they told me the exact same thing.

Went to buy a small file cabinet for our office the employee Tammy went above and beyond in helping…read moreme. She stopped right away with what she was doing stocking and called to get the file cabinet brought up. She also walked me to where calculator tape was, showing me which was a better deal. She then rang me up and then hauled the file cabinet outside to my vehicle by herself. I said isn't someone coming out to help you? She said its ok and loaded it by herself up into my truck bed. She was very helpful and genuinely nice, which is rare these days.

Took a family member here looking for a computer and to ask some questions. Hadn't been in for…read moreyears, upon first glance they had a really great set up. You are greeted when you come in and the amount of different types and brands of laptops as well as different price range was impressive. Even more helpful was the service. A guy greeted us in laptops and was very polite and incredibly knowledgeable on all the laptops. He did have the answers to all our questions and was very helpful . They do try to up-sell you a set up and other products with your computer purchase but for most people that is probably necessary . Unless you are a student you probably know how to set it up and have access to discounted student products for Laptops. All in all, great experience and much better customer service then I've ever had at a Best Buy when browsing computers these days.
