I received my order but only half of the mini cupcakes (these had to be prepaid as the are considered 'specialty'). We had arranged to pick up from them the night before the party so that we wouldn't have to pick up the morning of because there was a lot of other preparations to do for the event. But yet, that is what happened anyway - had to pick up in the morning, the remainder of the mini's. Compensation? x2 regular size cupcakes. (sad face) Prior to placing the order, I had sent photos of what I wanted and was assured that Absolutely they could do the same. I did not get that at all. I wanted the cupcakes to be individually designed with different flower designs and then have the round hard silver coloured candies sprinkled on the tops. What I got was all the same simple design on all of the cupcakes, with some red, some white, some pink. I had asked for a dusty-rose coloured icing (as sent in photos) mixed with some white, pink and light pink icing - but the dusty rose colour to be the 'theme.' Again, assured they could fill this order. These cupcakes are not 'cheap' by any means. Very very disappointed that they sold me on something they could not fulfill. I will be searching elsewhere in the future. I wish I could post photos so you could see the difference in what I had asked for and what I got. I was a big deal to me (but didn't ruin our party) I will not be back. I would not recommend them

The Cherry Cheesecake was good but the others fell short - Maple (tasted like ginger NOT Maple and I cook with fresh ginger all the time), Tirimisu (wouldn't have guessed it in a million years), and three chocolate ones were so so. We were told one was red velvet but it was not :-( The only cupcake of my 6 with a unique flavored cake was the Cherry one - the others all had the standard white or chocolate cake & the buttercream was okay but nothing to write home about. Usually, I hide my treats from the toddler who would be just as happy with a cupcake from Walmart... But alas, not this time - Eat up my 4 year old and enjoy! I will say that their actual cake part was quite moist even on the 2nd day after they had been cut in 1/2 on the first day - for the quality/moistness I will bump them up to 3; otherwise, they would have sat at 2. I loved the cake tasting experience with their most frequently savoured flavours which really helped us narrow down what to choose for our cake and cupcakes at our reception. We also got some of their gluten free cupcakes which went over well. We had their delivery which was arranged for slightly outside of their normal delivery times but which went reasonably well with one exception: some of their mini cupcakes got damaged. That said all were delicious and none were wasted. Our future cake/cupcake orders from them will be picked up at their location instead.

We had a surprise party for my mom's birthday yesterday and I purchased 2 cakes from them on Friday. 1 GF Very Berry Cheesecake and the Chocolate Caramel cake for the gluten eaters. They both came presliced with parchment paper between each slice so it made for super easy serving. The cake had 16 portions and the cheesecake had 14. They are in super sturdy cardboard boxes so I never felt once that these cakes would get squashed at anytime. They come frozen but I was told to let them thaw for 2 hours before serving for a whole cake 45 for a slice. I was told if left frozen the cakes would last 10 months in the freezer. Anyway all the guests devoured the cakes. Even though there were only 2 Celiacs the gluten eaters couldn't resist the beautiful cheesecake. I'm not sure if anyone but myself and my aunt knew the cheesecake was GF. I will DEFINITELY BE buying all my birthday/anniversary cakes from them from now on. I didn't feel like I was being left out of the gluten party.
