I had the surgery & 4 months later I was in more pain than I had been before & could barely walk. The surgery was botched & to this day September 2021, my ankle is permanently swollen & I'm in constant pain. I've tried braces, compression hose, physical therapy, exercises & none of these have relieved my pain. Any new podiatrist I see says there is no fix to my problem but I'm still searching. I'm 71 years young & the only bad pain I have is my ankle otherwise I would feel great. Do your homework & really weigh the odds before having this type of surgery. I do not recommend it or Dr. Olgesby as the podiatrist of choice.

She went on to complete her foot and ankle residency at West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr. Lockridge is ABFAS Board Qualified in foot and ankle surgery and is an active member active of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. I met Dr. Lockridge today for the first time. She had a positive attitude with a great smile and professional but personable. She chatted with me and answered questions as she examined and worked on my feet. My nails were trimmed where they needed to be. My nails look and feel so much better after she addressed a couple of areas bothering me. I really like her and look forward to my next appointment. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. She is efficient and tries to get you in and out timely. If you're looking for a podiatrist in the Avon area, I highly recommend Dr. Lockridge.
