The nursing staff, admissions, and others, were very good to mediocre, and even dangerous. They are maxed. Full hospital and ER when I arrived. Fifteen hours from ER to get to a bed. They ignore alarms, call buttons, and are really harrowed as a nursing staff. They're poor communicators. They are rushed. Yes, there are excellent nursing staff (RN/LPN) and a few that don't have time, are not situationally aware, and at worst, deliver dangerous care. It's my guess that certain administrators and MBAs need to be sacked, and the quality of care revisited, as it is not endemic, it is not a goal, and it is not woven into what they do-- the professional staff excepted. If you can avoid going here for ER/ED treatment, go somewhere else. This place is screaming over-capacity, and terrible interdepartmental communications; this was my anecdotal experience. YMMV.

Did did refund me $575 to cover the remaining aerolase sessions and empty product but sherefused to give me back my gift certificate money. She also had an unlicensed esthetition work on my face which is probably why it never worked and I believe she diluted my botox because when she injected me it was running down my neck and back and after 2 sessions of injections my face was still unaffected. The office is a bit hard to find if you aren't familiar with the Eastside of town. It is sort of behind the now-closed Marsh store, in a mini mall next to a dance studio and a waxing salon. Plenty of parking in the lot. Courtney was my hygienist today and she was wonderful. She listened to my ramblings about how much I hate the dentist. She was mellow and I felt like she gave my teeth a very thorough cleaning. She was just the right combination of quiet and talkative during the cleaning. (my hygienist in California was very chatty and it's hard to answer questions with sharp instruments in your mouth). There is a tv on the ceiling so you can watch while you have your cleaning. Courtney caught on fast that the show on the History channel was about mass murderers (not a very calming show) and she switched the channel to ESPN for me. Next Dr Arnold (Bill) came in and introduced himself. He was great. Very down to earth and approachable. We chatted a bit about California and then he began his exam. Again, great exam and he gave me advice about some tooth sensitivity I have been experiencing. Next appointment is six months from now and even though I will still be freaked out, I won't be AS freaked out. Definitely recommend. If you have been putting off a dental exam, go see Dr Arnold.

My two biggest complaints however are: 1) they had me walking around the office (from exam room to exam room) without my shirt on. I wasn't upset by this for myself, but when I found out they did the same to my wife (in her bra) I was furious. 2) they have an inaccurate and desperately useless accounting department. They were unfriendly when it came time to address payment and were quick to take actions that could have been avoided with a phone call and some direct communication.
