This isn't about the care or skill of the physicians per se but…read more.. The billing department are serious D-bags when it comes to billing. We were harrassed over a $10 bill that we never even recieved in the mail (during the Covid lockdown no less). We didn't get a "late notice" or any bill thereafter. They just sent it directly to a collection agency - what the actual F*%# is the matter with these people. I can only imagine the families that had difficult times with layoffs, job losses or whatever else during that time - luckily our bill was easy to pay and nothing bad hit our credit - but talk about the heartlessness. Do no Harm doesn't apply in financial matters I guess. Actions like these make the drive for a National Healthcare System all the more important. I can't wait until the executives that make these decisions (to go after people like predators) are working for the boards of McDonalds and Arbys, not making horrible decisions that affect people's lives and well being like they do now.

If you are in need of chiropractic care and are within driving distance of Bedford, I highly…read morerecommend you visit Dr. Edwards at Bedford Chiropractic. The entire experience, from the welcoming attitude of the staff to the confidence you have upon departure, is nothing but positive. I have been seeing Dr. Edwards for several months now and have NEVER had to wait longer than a few minutes to be called back to the treatment rooms -- usually I walk in, say hello, and am told I can head directly back. Why can't more doctor offices run like this?? Dr. Edwards has a very professional demeanor but he is also quite warm and friendly. He is gentle with his patients and does a wonderful job of explaining what the issues are and how he plans to treat them. He's really good about answering questions and responding to patient concerns. There's never a doubt that one is in good hands here. The best reason to recommend Bedford Chiropractic, however, is the results you will get. Quite simply, these treatments WORK. You'll be glad you went and will wonder why it took you so long to do it.

Whether she was massaging my feet, my hands, or my shoulders, she found the muscles and tendons that needed attention. Sadly, I don't live anywhere close to where she practices. Bloomington is lucky to have her in their midst.

I walked in late for a postpartum massage and she was very understanding of my situation. I had back pain and just needed a good massage. The massage definitely paid off, it was so relaxing and she was great at what she does! The atmosphere was also perfect and I had no problem winding down to enjoy my massage. I already booked another appointment for myself and my husband! She specializes in Moms and babies and offers a tummy time class as well as doula services. I couldn't recommend this place more, it was amazing! Book an appointment and you'll see, tell her Autumn sent you!

Kari starts each session to discuss areas of focus or concern. She makes sure to address them during the massage. I also appreciate that she takes time after our session to discuss exercises or things I could do at home to alleviate any aches or pains I may have. She creates a very peaceful and relaxing environment. I almost fall asleep every time. We attended a few of her Tummy time sessions as well, and it was fun to get out and interact with other babies and new mothers. I also appreciated the handouts she provided so you can practice (and remember) what to do at home. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Being a parent of a special needs child is challenging in many ways; but, my family appreciates the kindness, support and care of his/her BCBA and RBTs. Because of their evidence-based practices, my child has had the privilege to experience things many other parents would take for granted: enjoyable vacations, successful (and necessary) doctor appointments, the chance to interact positively with peers and the opportunity to increase his/her interactions with the world. I encourage potential families to reach out to the company, tour the facilities and speak to other parents, making their own decision for their child.

I would like to exercise my first amendment right and take advantage of the purpose of Yelp that is…read moreopen to the public to express openly and freely my feelings of this "clinic". It is absolutely not a place I would ever send my child and I want other parents out there to know and be warned. The children who would go to this place are very vulnerable and may not be able to express what's wrong or what happened there and parents should take extra precautions when entering this facility if they take the risk and allow their child to be in the care of that woman who owns it. The rbts aren't trained effectively and are put to work independently with clients before they've taken and passed their exam to be certified. They claim to be a hands off facility, yet they put clients in holds (improperly) when they deem necessary and since that's the case, they shouldn't advertise themselves as a hands off facility if they are not absolutely hands off. The owner is unprofessional and went as far as using the name of an individual she fired to write countless emails and left voicemails defaming this persons character to the parents. I've never known of any place where a boss or owner names a person they've fired and has gone out of their way to speak negatively about them to the clients parents, regardless of their reasoning behind it. It absolutely violates that persons right to privacy. Again, I want to reiterate that I'm exercising my first amendment right to voice my views and experience with this place. My advice, take your child anywhere else.

While she seemed to be a good listener, it was the business side in which she failed. She was not direct in answering my questions about making payments. I have also had other communication issues where I thought we scheduled for one date, when she actually scheduled me for another time.
