Doctors are nice and do not pressure toward a surgical option. They tend to push therapy for a couple attempts unless surgery is necessary. Therapists are nice, but push you to your limit. The stretches are horrible....but that's the nature of the beast. I cannot believe how fast my recovery was. I followed all instructions and was back to my A Game in no time.

I have received both corrective chiropractic and physical therapy, with sustained relief that lasts for years. Besides the caring, compassionate treatment received at Ellettsville Chiropractic, I mostly appreciate the fact they heal my spine, and it is not their goal to make you return forever. Once you are back in alignment, you do not return endlessly. Dr. Guzik does recommend you return once or twice annually to keep your spine in alignment. I recommend Dr. Guzik to everyone who ever complains of back pain, or walks like they are in pain. He practices a different method of spinal manipulation than most. It is safer and does not involve a wrenching or jerking type of manipulation. The care I have received at Ellettsville Chiropractic surpasses any chiropractic I had ever received before. Since finding Dr. Guzik's practice almost 40 years ago, I have never allowed another doctor to treat my spinal issues. In February of 2024, I could barely walk. It was amazing. Then he popped my neck. For the first time in almost an year I was able to turn my head to both sides. Helpful when backing out of the driveway. My forever headache that I have had for so long I don't actually remember when or why. It's still there but it's smaller now and not like a pulses like a wave in the ocean. Oh yeah I slept for a solid 12 hours that night. I have been sleeping at 2 to 3 Hour periods for years. To wake up after that awesome amount of time changed something in side of my.
