Parking isn't an issue with a large parking lot in front of the hospital and the Professional Building. I use to see a physician years ago in this group at another location but he passed away. I've been having a lot of pain in my feet again so I returned to the Practice I knew. The front office staff and the Medical Assistant was friendly and pleasant. I only waited a few minutes before being taken to an exam room. The Medical Assistant was organized, thorough and paid attention to medical history details. X-rays were taken minutes after we entered the exam room. It saves so much time having X-rays taken on site and immediately read by the physicians. Dr. Vulanich was personable, great listener, and empathetic to my concerns. I usually steer away from a physician who isn't a good listener so I was pleased she did. After a thorough exam all my questions were answered clearly. I liked Dr. Vulanich and scheduled a follow up appointment with her. If you are searching for a good Podiatrist, I do recommend her.

After a 4 month rehab, it was hard to go through it again. I strongly recommend consulting an orthopedic surgeon for extensive corrective surgery on your feet. Dr H is a good doc but I feel strongly that perhaps this was out of his realm of expertise given the extensive complexity of what was done. It was a 4.5 hour surgery with hardware in 3 places.

I was ordered a second pair and they are junk as well, can't use them whatsoever they cause much more pain than what I went in with. I asked every time I went in there what I owed and was told nothing. I just received a bill less than a week ago for over 500 dollars, and I just received a call today from them that stated if I didn't pay immediately that it would go to collections. Still have plantar fibroma but have learned to to live with the pain as I would rather be in pain than to be ripped off with subpar products that do nothing.

She said I don't have bone spurs. Which I know I do. I can feel them. She never even touched my feet to see what I am talking about. I was given a list of shoes to wear. Given some inserts to wear under the arch of my feet and sent on my way. I will not be going back here! I'm finding and going back to the original doctor I saw more than a decade ago. I went in for a preop appointment at 9:30 checked in and sat for 20 minutes. I finally got up and went up to the window and the gal at the window what was going on she said the person knew that I was there and it wouldn't be that minutes came back and said it would just be a few 10 more minutes past and the girl finally came out to get me so my 930 appointment was a few minutes after 10 by the time I even got called in to go over instructions. she apologized for the and told me she was sorry that she had no idea. I was out there yet. The girl in the desk told me she knew I was out there. Then she went on to explain that she took a break and was in the back room eating her breakfast. What the heck? she started to explain things to me and then looked up and said oh I'm sorry I've got the wrong paperwork and had to go the room and get the right paperwork. how do you not check to see if a patient? Is there when you know you have a 930 appointment and then take a break to eat breakfast seriously She came back in with the paperwork and again told me she if I was angry again, but by that time, I was extremely angry, not only was I sitting there for time I didn't need to while she fed her face, but I also got lied to I am a retired CMA, and if I would have ever conducted myself in this manner, my doctor would have had my head. unfortunately, this was not the first bad experience with office. It was and this one was just the topper. it's a shame because the doctor is extremely good and well-versed in what he does have office people that are so inefficient in their jobs is really a shame because unfortunately, sometimes that reflects on the whole practice and the doctor

After 3 visits, she said I donot have plantar fasciitis, have bursitis and order close to 40 blood tests and X-rays. Later, she said she should have ordered MRI instead of all those tests. No diagnosis or medication after spending thousands of dollars. Her behaviour is so bad she leaves the room without saying bye and bangs the door at you. I am still paying all the bills with no relief and treatment.
