Note that they have a free parking lot on the north side of the building, so you don't have to pay at the meters on the street. As you enter, there is a long hallway across the front that takes you to an area designated for wine. The place is huge! I couldn't believe how many rows of wine, sorted by type, were there. Since I was looking for spirits, I began exploring the northern half of the store. I am discovering bitters for my cocktails and found a nice selection of them here. While looking, one of the staff asked if she could help. I was looking for a bottle of "Licor 43" but wasn't sure which area to look in. She went on her cash register/computer and told me it was on aisle 10 and even came over to help me look. Another employee was more familiar with the brand and went directly to it. I am not sure I would have found it on my own. After picking out a few more supplies, I checked out and was soon on my way. I really appreciated the team assistance I received from the staff. DISCOUNTS! Seriously, discounts, people! We went in recently and bought 1.5L bottles of Cook's…read moresparkling wine. I think they were supposed to be $6 each (on sale/clearance). We could only find 2, but then the guy behind the register went and found a third for us. The third = another discount (buy two, get one for less). It doesn't get any better than that. Total for 3 1.5L bottles was around $16. AMAZING! We used to come here in college and my roommates would get cheap wine, too. They also have a full selection of regular liquor store finds, plus a cold case. Great especially if you live within walking distance. Wow, that sounded really bad, but you know what I mean. Cheers!

They were just chatting about random things. They could see me looking around the store and did their best to ignore me even when I asked for help. Then when I went to check out, the cashier, his name was Will, didn't even say "hi," or acknowledge my presence in any form. He just said, "where's your ID?" He didn't offer a bag or receipt. This is such inappropriate behavior in any customer service setting.
