As you enter, there is a long hallway across the front that takes you to an area designated for wine. The place is huge! I couldn't believe how many rows of wine, sorted by type, were there. Since I was looking for spirits, I began exploring the northern half of the store. I am discovering bitters for my cocktails and found a nice selection of them here. While looking, one of the staff asked if she could help. I was looking for a bottle of "Licor 43" but wasn't sure which area to look in. She went on her cash register/computer and told me it was on aisle 10 and even came over to help me look. Another employee was more familiar with the brand and went directly to it. I am not sure I would have found it on my own. After picking out a few more supplies, I checked out and was soon on my way. I really appreciated the team assistance I received from the staff. They were just chatting about random things. They could see me looking around the store and did their best to ignore me even when I asked for help. Then when I went to check out, the cashier, his name was Will, didn't even say "hi," or acknowledge my presence in any form. He just said, "where's your ID?" He didn't offer a bag or receipt. This is such inappropriate behavior in any customer service setting.
