The owner and staff were extremely helpful and professional. The repair was made on the bracelet by adding extra gold essentially making it a bangle I could take on and off, they even replicated that pattern the bracelet had with the gold they added on so you couldn't tell what was new gold and what was he original bracelet. I wanted to take some photos of the place; mainly for this review. But when I asked, before clicking away, my inquiry was not well received. A bit chilly. Maybe it was not a good day or maybe working at this location, comes with a lot of pressure and un-wanted foot traffic with pushy patrons. This location does have the Analog Shift case, and some pretty interesting Certified Pre-Owned pieces.
