Last week I attempted to schedule appointment for a client, it was mishandled by the Bloom intake staff. After 3 attempts (same day) to clarify that the patient does not live in Virginia, I was finally aasured that the error had been corrected and the appointment was scheduled for Maryland as requested. I checked for confirmation of the appointment everyday since scheduling. Today 11/18/2024 and 4 hours before the tele-visit I called the Maryland office to confirm the appointment for this afternoon. I was advised that the appointment was scheduled for the Catonsville,MD office and would actually be a telephone call/ not the usual video visit. 30 minutes prior to appointment we received an email check in request, which we completed. Waited until 5 minutes after scheduled appointment time, only to find out thatthe Maryland telephone visit was not happening, in fact then appointment was scheduled as an in person appointment in Virginia! I called for the second time today and after being transfered x2, was told that the appointment had never been corrected (as I had been advised last week) to the Catonsville, Md. Office. Patient had discontinued with Bloom over 2 years ago due to similar issues but recently decided to give Bloom another try. I was finally advised that the error had not been corrected and a new appointment was offered for December. I was also advised to wait for the bill from the Virginia office and once received call to request the no-show fee be waived, incredible! After this failed appointment it's time to move on for good. read more

Being in one of the darkest scariest places in my life and in dire need of medication management, this office had me wait a month for a virtual appointment with my Dr. Then, the DAY BEFORE the appointment I'd been waiting a month for, they cancelled due to illness of my Dr. You'd think that they would prioritize the canceled patients however they did not. The doctor did not have any available appointments for another month. What a hopeless situation I barely waited the first month and having me wait another month for medication is just inhumane. The poor scheduling lady was so empathetic and kind, but her hands are tied , I understand. I can't trust this place with my health any more, because they certainly don't care. read more

I saw a psychiatrist initially who I felt was compassionate. She was able to diagnose me, but wasn't able to provide additional therapy sessions like I requested. After diagnosis, I got depressed and had to keep begging for additional support for months! I should have run at this point! The billing department input my insurance information into my account wrong and they were trying to charge me for the psychiatrist's appointment out of pocket. Almost a year later, I am STILL receiving phone calls and emails even though I called 5+ times to get it cleared up. Each time, they promise to note my account, admitting that they messed up, that the insurance was put in wrong, etc. And then like 2-3 months go by and I get another call. Extremely frustrating since I have gone out of my way to clear it up with them so many times. I did eventually get set up with a therapist that was unprofessional, unprepared, and unexperienced. She would sit on her couch. The laptop would move constantly during the session because it was clear she had it on her lap. Her camera was out of focus and fuzzy. I shared this with her but she didn't seem to care. I could tell she was in her living room which made me uncomfortable - how did I know other people weren't listening or in the room? And after I explained any situation or previous experience, the only thing she said was "oh WOW, oh that's a lot," or "oh I have never heard something like that before." I personally don't want to hear that anything I have experienced is unheard of from a therapist, and certainly not the main thing they say to you. read more

After many wonderful years with Dr. Nadia Richmond, when she began working from home... she started neglecting our meetings and would run consistently ten minutes late for each appointment. She mentioned to me how "accomodating" she is for allowing me to make an appt. during my work day and held my medication from me for a "missed appt" (in reality, I only didn't answer because she was late and it was my final straw.) She also LIED to my face and most likely her coworkers about "all of our calls in the past being video calls - to save her A - - . She really gaslit me and made me feel crazy. We never ONCE met via Skype/ safe link. Always a phone call. Come to find out, she wasn't supposed to be prescribing me medication (controlled subs) via phone, only in person and over video link. read more

It starts with the receptionist. I cannot get past them to even make an appointment. The receptionists need to be properly on how to deal with paying customers. I was talked down to and hung up on by Samone. I wish management or corporate would please listen to calls from Wed 1/11/23 and today 1/16/23. All I called for was an appointment and the nasty attitude I experienced to be hung up on. read more
