I went today for an ingrown nail which I've been dealing with for years, I finally decided to seek professional help. The staff, specially the gentleman in the front is a sweetheart, the office is perfectly located and great parking spots! The wait time was a bit insane, but honestly I would do it again for the service. I was scared of the procedure, but both the nurse and Dr. Caban explained throughly what was going to be done. He completed the procedure so quickly and so carefully, I can't get over it, so hassle free. Point is, if you need anything foot/ankle related this is the place to go and I can't recommend it anymore. Probably one of the best doctor experiences I have had. You can truly tell when a doctor does what he does with joy or just to complete a task, Dr. Caban killed it. Thank you so much.

I got absolutely everything done at once: Bloodwork, papsmear and was able to leave with my medications for treatment the same day since they have a pharmacy in their facility. It's a very clean medical office and I see that everything is in order and in compliance. Very professional, I was treated with respect and felt comfortable to ask uncomfortable questions. It's very confidential which I appreciate and the staff is so warm and so kind. Shout out to Denise the manager who greeted me and was able to explain how I can take advantage of the benefits Oscar health plans has to offer, she's the manager of the practice and was able to assist me with all prior issues I've had with my social worker and health plan. This is my primary care office for the rest of my lifetime.

My original provider was no longer at this office, but he welcomed me and made me feel so safe and comfortable! Olivia was the provider who drew my blood and as someone who is used to getting stuck multiple times (deep and difficult veins lol) she was AMAZING! I didn't even feel the usual pinch! She has so much experience and walked me through every step of the process. If you need to get blood work done, 100% make sure to request Olivia. This office is always clean, organized, and runs very smoothly. The front desk is kind and they always run perfectly on schedule with little to no wait time when you have an appointment. Thank you, Dr. Hoover, Olivia, and everyone else!

Refills are often withheld unless an appointment for a checkup is scheduled. During a six-month…read moreperiod, there were no follow-up phone calls to assess patient status and minimal outreach overall. This pattern seems to recur specifically at the time of refill requests, creating pressure to book an appointment in order to receive medication. The communication through the Healow app has also been disappointing; responses from staff have been unprofessional and unhelpful. Overall, the level of service has been very POOR. The front desk staff are awful, Stephanie in particular. Called 5 times and was hung up on all 5.. again a doctors office with no customer service is not a good one I have worked in healthcare for nearly 20 years and have never experienced patient care handled in this manner. I would encourage prospective patients to be aware of these issues before choosing this practice. And last but not least if you disagree with them, they delete you off the Healow app with MY patient records and cut access to your medications..

We have seen all of the MDs in the practice at both the Weston and Plantation office. I love that they have Saturday hours, as well as an evening hour one day a week. We went from a single MD practice to a multi MD office and I was afraid I wouldn't get to know the MD. We use the same MD for my daughter's yearly and then can see any of the MDs for sick visits. I was expecting a small office but it is a modern larger and well equipped urgent care facility. I say "facility" because it has everything but in fact the atmosphere is very warm and friendly. Dr. Mones is a very straight forward doctor. He speaks to you in a professional manner and does not patronize you. I appreciate it when doctors respect their patients and he certainly does. He is experienced and knowledgeable. He is the type of doctor that wants you to be part of the medical protocol. Some doctors want to make all the decisions for you without asking you what you want. Dr. Mones, tell you what the options are, gives you suggestions, and respects your final decision. I wish all doctors were like him. The office staff are all friendly and professional. They all treat you with impeccable protocol. I've never had to wait longer that 20 minutes to be seen. His office is open every day except for Sunday!!! In summary, I think Dr. Mones is a fabulous combination of the old town doctor and a modern doctor. He is caring, knowledgeable and accessible. He should offer other doctors workshops on how to treat people with respect.
