In my case, I paid nothing. I received a benefit, that when all is said and done, will keep my body heathy and free from contracting the one most least desired of all sexually transmitted diseases, HIV. The resources available here gave me control over my health and provided me with better health decisions and choices in future intimate encounters. Truly, this one visit changed my perspective on taking responsibility for my heath. Optimal Health is fresh with an easier more diverse outlook on the health for everyone with any ailment from an ear infection to a fractured bone and the guidance to get you the help you need if they themselves required your medical needs to be guided by someone in specialized medicine. They have the ability to see, diagnose, care for, and direct the patient in the best way to the best health, free tax preparation, EBT, and other necessary essentials for improving the quality of life for those who seek it. This was my excellent experience and others may have different needs than mine, I trust Optimal Health and encourage anyone to call for any medical need.     This doctor's office lacks customer service, knowledge, communication and listening skills. Front…read morereceptionist ready to bill for an office visit before even asking what is the reason for your visit. No good morning, how are you... nothing to greet a new patient or even an existing one. Specifically advised them what I needed, the front office and nurse who brought me to the back confirmed they have the vaccines I needed for traveling. When the doctor came in he advised he did not have the Hep A vaccine in office. Clearly annoyed because I told them if you're unable to administer all then I don't need to see the doctor. I will just go somewhere else. By this time I was beyond unimpressed with my visit here. The doctor took me to the nurse who would give me the shots they did have in house. The first thing out her mouth is that my insurance does not cover my shots. Well, seeing that I called my insurance myself and confirmed they do and so did the woman at the front this is now news to me. Her response, "Oh they must of changed it then". Okaaay. After giving my shots she says ok you're done. I walk to the front office waiting on some paperwork but the front office woman tells me your done you can go. So, I don't get any paperwork on what I did here today. I just took a set of vaccines. No information on the vaccines I took, side affects or how about letting me know that I have to come back in one month for a booster. How about asking me if I'd like to schedule my next appointment. Or, most people get these immunization shots because they need it either for travel or school. How about taking the initiative and providing these verifying documents instead of the patient having to request it. Everyone in this office needs a few lessons of customer relations. How to take the extra step in providing a good experience for patients walking into your office, especially for the first time. I would never go back there and never choose this office as my primary nor would I recommend it to anyone. When it comes to be medical care you don't want your doctor's office be half-assed.
