For Hidden Legend, Steve and I had their Apple Mead Cyser which was an apple mead as indicated in the title and in flavor it had a very noticeable presence of that fruit. It was almost like a cider as we kept it chilled like a dry cider but had the thickness of a mead which put a fun spin to the flavor profile. And of course the presence of honey was detected also like you should expect with a mead giving this particular mead a pleasant and natural sweetness. A very nice change of pace was achieved here and feel like a revisit of their other mead options should be in order.
