Wasn't sure what to expect, but what I got was one of the better meals I've had in quite some time!…read more The place is awesome--very welcoming, with friendly staff and a beautiful restaurant. We started with the daily special flatbread. I don't recall everything that was on it, but it had garlic, goat cheese, apple, and huckleberry sauce, and it was delicious! My wife had a beautiful Montana Sunset cocktail that she said was very good, although a tad sweet for her. For dinner, she had the filet, which was cooked perfectly. I had what may have been the best hanger steak I've ever had. This place definitely did not disappoint. Great food, great atmosphere, and a great experience all around. We'll definitely be back!

Would absolutely give Sapphire a 5 if not for two things. Did not at all understand the $19 martini…read morebased on the fact that the per shot cost of the gin was $8. Normally, a shot and a half (martini portion) is charged with an up charge fee. Even at double shot price should have been $16 - so way overpriced. The other is simply an extreme annoyance. Only place I have been in the entire WORLD that charged separately for olives in a martini??? They need to fix that. Otherwise, really good food and service.

We did end up having to wait about 40 mins for a table and like other reviews, the price point was a little high for Montana. But we are glad we tried it. The place itself is so very very beautiful. Our server knew we were on a time crunch and was so great about getting us our food and check. I ended up getting the Ranchers Benny and hubs got the shakshuka. We were both happy with our selections and would most likely come back if we were in town.

Not worth the price point. The café is beautiful and very aesthetic inside, but I was disappointed…read moreby the cleanliness. I arrived right when they opened, yet several seats still had crumbs on them. The service was quick, though not overly warm or welcoming. I also found it odd that the drink menu is printed separately on paper instead of being included on the main menu--it feels less polished than the rest of the space. As someone who eats plant based, I'd love to see vegan items clearly labeled on the menu and at least one more substantial vegan entrée option. I ordered the Powerhouse Overnight Oats for $22. They were actually quite tasty and surprisingly filling. However, at that price, I expected a little more. The chia seeds were dry rather than fully hydrated, and consuming dry chia seeds on their own is generally discouraged because they absorb liquid after being eaten. One final suggestion: please include menu prices on your website. It makes it much easier for customers to decide before visiting.
