I know every place has these issues but I notice that Ripon Video has a large number of DVD's that are very scratched. If they could, they should replace some of the bad DVD's with new ones. Specially on the old movies that are about a $1 to replace. I recommend going there for 3-7 day rentals for $2, but beware of the scratched DVD's.
