I cannot say enough amazing things about Ripsey and Yoselyn! From the moment I reached out, their client service was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL. They are the definition of professional, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to helping their clients. Every single question I had was answered almost instantly. Their support with my tenant lawsuit was beyond helpful. I felt heard, guided, and empowered every step of the way. Their work ethic is unmatched and the level of care they provided made all the difference during such a stressful time. I am beyond satisfied with their services. Ripsey and Yoselyn went above and beyond for me, and I will 1000% be recommending them to anyone and everyone who needs reliable, hardworking, and genuinely passionate professionals on their side. Thank you both so much. I truly appreciate you more than words can express! RIPSEY ADVOCATED SO HARD FOR ME DURING MEDIATION SHE IS SUCH AN ANGEL !! She helped me receive a payout big enough to move my daughter into a nicer house in a better neighborhood !! Even after my case settled I received a very thoughtful postcard from the judge who helped during mediation reminding me of how lucky and blessed I was to have Ripsey represent me ..that alone speaks volumes . 10/10 recommend . read more

I had gotten into a car accident where a drunk driver came and crashed into me. The left side of my body was in so much pain from the impact. The cops took a police report but I felt like they were being bias because they let the guy go without a citation since he had no insurance or license, so I knew I would have to hire an experienced attorney to handle this. I went online, searched for car accident attorney and personal injury attorney, and found Block LLP. I called them and spoke to Monika and she was amazing from the start. I would get really emotional and frustrated but she would always answer my calls on the first ring and calm me down and explain the process in detail so I wasn't in the dark. I couldn't recommend this firm enough. The attorneys are so kind and RESPONSIVE (I had called a couple other offices as well while shopping around and almost none of them picked up or returned my call next day). I really felt like they cared about my well being and handling this case for me in it's entirety. If you're ever in a car accident, and need a car accident attorney, literally don't go anywhere else other than Block LLP. read more

Disappointed with Pest Issues in My Apartment I've been living in my apartment for a while now, and unfortunately, one of the biggest downsides has been dealing with a persistent pest problem. From the start, I noticed occasional sightings, but over time it became clear that this was not a one-time issue. Despite keeping my unit clean and reporting it to management several times, the problem has continued. The pests -- mainly roaches have made it uncomfortable to fully enjoy my home. Management did send exterminators a couple of times, but the treatments were often surface-level and didn't address the root of the problem. It's frustrating because rent is not cheap, and tenants deserve a safe, clean living environment. Frustrated I contacted The Tenant Team, the tenant team made everything simple and stress-free. Thanks to them, I received a settlement and finally moved out of that roach -infested apartment. read more

I was a client at this law firm after being involved in a car accident in 2022. While the case was ultimately resolved, I felt disappointed by the final outcome. After medical expenses and legal fees, my portion of the settlement felt significantly lower than I expected. I wish there had been better communication and more clarity throughout the process, especially when it came to how the funds were being distributed. It's important for future clients to ask detailed questions and make sure they fully understand how settlements and fees are handled before moving forward. I'm sharing my honest experience in hopes that it helps others make an informed decision. read more

I was calling around other law offices asking them how long a personal injury case usually takes to settle. And when I spoke to the intake specialist at Block they told me 6-12 months the most. I was in shock because my small accident wasn't even close to being done. My current attorneys at the time were telling me they were still getting medical records. I was transferred to Alex and wanted to talk to him about my case. Alex was super! I asked if I can switch my attorney if I didn't like my current one, he assured me I wouldn't pay any extra $. I switched and can't believe I wasted over a year with my previous law office. Thank you Roxy & Alex!! read more

So happy I found Block! I was involved in a hit & run in Downtown LA a few weeks back and I thought I had no options. My car was not drivable and I didn't want to pay for the damages especially since it wasn't my fault. The insurance company wasn't helpful at all. I was doing research online, saw I could get a free consultation with an attorney from Block. So I called left a message for the attorney with the receptionist and the attorney called me back and I went in for a free consultation. After meeting with Alex he walked me through all of my options, honestly very helpful. Thanks again guys! read more
