Jeanna is great! She helped fix an issue that was created by another H&R Block office and made sure to let us know what to expect throughout the process. Would definitely recommend! read more

Yea, don't waste your time. Not only did they not return my calls, when they did I set up a time to go in and pay them on two separate occasions and the doors were locked and no one would answer. They specifically told me they would be there. And they were, they just didn't have time to answer the door I guess. Incredibly stupid. read more

Extremely helpful! I had some tax problems back dealing with prior tax years and they helped me out with the re-filing no problem and no charge! Very thorough, re-did the math and saved me money, and very gracious the entire time! Incredibly grateful. read more

Never again. After dealing with a very professional and prompt tax agent at their office, my husband and I were initially impressed. Unfortunately, that all changed when we received our bills- $250 for one filing, and $350 for the other (over $600 in charges) to file 2 simple federal base forms with 1 w2 each, and 2 individual state tax returns. We each had one charitable contribution (they'll charge you $27 per contribution) and my husband had minor capital losses from a few stocks. Unless you want to end up paying HR Block more than they can save you in refunds, find a different tax agency. read more

They have been ok not great, not bad. they have been helpful. so, I have made this a low three. But today I had to negotiate with them whether they have a notary for customers (they had to see the form to know if they could notarize it, Kelly said, even if it was for another bank they needed to see the form). I gave up and went to AAA. Their behavior seemed quite odd. If I want a banking relationship, I want a helpful bank in that relationship, not one that negotiates which forms get nortorized. so see this as a three if you are not fussy or have complex needs, or see this as 2 if you are.
