I don't know what is going on over there. At first they send me a K-1 that shows I owe $40,000 in taxes when I owe zero taxes. (If I don't catch their mistake, I am out $40,000.) They see their error, but do not send a revised K-1 to submit by April 17, but promise it by mid May. It is now June and have not received it. I am still unable to complete my taxes. read more
