He maintained clear communication with me throughout the entire time he was onsite and explained what work was feasible versus not as well as provided alternative recommendations. There was no "upselling," so another star for that. Prices are for the most part reasonable. However, beware, they charge an upfront of $95 callout fee, which I was not informed about initially when I was scheduling the service appointment. The lack of transparency on this was the only part that left a bit of a sour note for me. I'd use their service again though.

They always respond quickly, take the time to answer all our questions, and make sure everything is working before they leave. Their work is thorough, and you can tell they're experienced and detail-oriented. Communication is another standout. Everyone we've dealt with is a great communicator, and it's clear the team shares information internally so everything goes smoothly without us having to repeat ourselves. One more important point is that their pricing is very reasonable for the quality of service they provide. Don't be tricked by other companies that offer lower numbers. You often end up paying the price in delays or poor work. With CSI, the job gets done right the first time. Truly a reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy company. We're so glad we chose them.

As someone who was new to firearms, I really appreciated how Edwin took the time to explain firearm safety, walk me through the hands-on portion, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. The range portion was my first time ever at a range, and Edwin made it a very positive and educational experience. I've been in the security industry for over 13 years, and obtaining my exposed license was an important next step in my career. Edwin provided the knowledge and confidence I needed to take that step responsibly. I highly recommend Meridian Security Group to anyone looking to obtain a security license. They are professional, thorough, patient, and truly invested in helping their students succeed. I'll definitely be returning for future qualifications and licenses!

I put a positive review on here almost three years ago when my system was new and I am just as…read moresatisfied with it as I was then. There has never been a fault in my camera setup in these three years. The reason I write again is that we replaced our laptop computers this year, and needed service to help set the software up. The company runs lean, and they do not have a normal "help desk" when you call, so you don't always get an answer or help immediately, but I still give them five stars because they care about your experience with this and they make up for it once you get their highly competent technician on your case. Joe set up the software on two computers in only a couple of minutes and it feels like these cameras are sturdy and will continue running through at least a few generations of computers. If I ever want more coverage or upgrades, I would stay with this service.

My…read moreinitial plan involved spending around $3000 on new hardware and installation to go from land line to cell-based, plus dealing with an ongoing monthly bill of over $50. But Jack turned that around completely with some fantastic advice over the phone. Instead of pushing for an expensive upgrade, Jack recommended switching our land line provider from AT&T to Spectrum. This simple change would save us over $300 per month without needing to touch any of our existing equipment--and he didn't charge a dime for the consultation! We're talking $30 a month for a business landline with Spectrum versus the whopping $360 we were paying AT&T. Thanks to his pointer, Spectrum is coming out tomorrow to handle the switch and finally rid us of that overpriced service. What really sets Jack apart is that he was the only one out of several companies I contacted who actually suggested this smart solution. The others either ghosted me or tried to upsell unnecessary work. Jack's honesty and willingness to help, even if it meant no immediate business for him, speak volumes about his integrity. If we ever decide to upgrade the system or add cameras in the future, Mar Vista will be my first call. Highly recommend--5 stars all the way!
