My stylist was so kind, we chatted most of the time. She made sure what she was doing was what I wanted. My hair looked amazing! They had the barbie movie on the TV in front of me with the sound off but subtitles on- I loved watching it as I got my hair done! Mind you he was the one I showed the pictures to, as well as the one who submitted the payment slips to the young women at the front desk. Changing prices after the fact is unfair and unacceptable. It also raises serious concerns about discriminatory pricing practices. Customers deserve transparency and honesty, not hidden or after-the-fact charges. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who values professionalism, fairness, and respect.
