I was always curious about Blo Blow Dry Bar, so when I was in need of a quick hair fix near the Rockwell area, I went straight to Blo Bar. I just entered without booking an appointment, but they were happy to accommodate me. The staff were all very warm, showing me possible styles on their Blo Bar menu. I had never before seen a menu for hair blown dry, so I was admittedly intrigued. I never blow dry my hair at home, and when my sister got married and took the one we shared with her, I honestly didn't even notice. So for someone who doesn't really know how to properly blow dry her own hair, I enjoyed the Blo Bar experience. One might think P500 is pricey, but it's not your typical blow dry, and it's especially worth it if you have a big event in a few hours and you can't do it yourself. Your look can range from Red Carpet (their classic blow, which I opted for), Executive Sweet (skyscraper straight), Holly Would (lots of bounce and curls), to High Society (high altitude bun) and more. Wash, blow, and go is their motto, and I have to say, my blow dry was done with ease and speed. I was out of there in no time, and my hair stayed silky and it didn't go flat until I washed my hair at the end of the night. While it isn't something you have to do on a regular basis (and your wallet will thank you for it), it's definitely something fun to do for a special event or night out. Check out Blo Bar, and I'm pretty sure you'll come out feeling great. read more
