A deposit is required to secure your date, and a few days before the party I received a detailed email with everything I needed to know, along with a reminder to pay the remaining balance. Spencer arrived right on time and had everything set up in just 2-3 minutes. We booked 1.5 hours of balloon twisting ($265), and it was a huge hit with everyone - from toddlers to adults! There was a constant line of guests waiting for their turn throughout the entire 1.5 hours! One of the best parts is that balloon twisting requires virtually no setup space, making it easy to fit into almost any party layout (just be prepared for the line that forms!). It was such a fun addition to the celebration, and I would absolutely hire Taylor Entertainment again for a future event.

I text you to confirm the date and you confirmed. Did you ever ask for a deposit prior to the party? My recommendation for you is to keep your work more organized and not try to blame the customer for your own mistakes.
