If I had known there was a cancellation fee. $100 is a bit steep to charge somebody. Just because they can't make it. Never again am I stepping foot in The Colour Chemistry Salon. I had never gotten a color treatment on my hair previously and wanted to prioritize a subtle lived-in color to start me off as I was a bit afraid of the grow-out process.
