Crowded space filled with tawdry trinkets, that used to be elegant and open space from which to shop for well curated product. I don't think Bob is happy there, given his antisocial vibe and demeanor. Needless to say, I walked out, and bought some Birkenstocks at the shoe store nearby. I hope they can revive the store and bring back the good energy. I hope things improve.

She replied that she wasn't vaxxed and was protecting herself and other shoppers. She was not snarky or pushy, just answered the question. The register lady sort of snort-laughed derisively and said ooooh, ooo-kaay. The shopper left without making a purchase, as did my little group. 1: why did the register person feel the need to accost the shopper? 2: They lost at least 4 purchases in that moment, and I won't be back if I see that lady at the register again. And then I wonder if it was the owner at the register? 3: shops complain about losing business, but if this is what's going on, then yeah, they're losing business. There were many interesting things I would have purchased, had it not been for this interaction.

I went back in to thank this team of kind & caring folks & then asked to speak to the manager, Kevin O'Connell, who was such an outstanding person! These young people are each BRIGHT & SHINING STARS! They ALL have fabulous personalities & possess a kindness & a truth & honesty, that go above & beyond the call of duty! Each one of them are EXEMPLARY & should be acknowledged for their honesty & goodness! To have a whole team of Folks that are so kind & so straight up, is just about unheard of in this day & age! I've even found a cute plant for sale now and then. They have a whole section on scrap booking stuff, pottery, jewelry. The only thing I really dislike is the older lady that works there. She is so sour and looks at you with a frown at all times, I'm not sure if she's the owner or a worker bee, but either way, she is not good for business. Maybe be a little friendlier to the people coming into your shop to spend their money? I'm still leaving a good star rating because the selection itself in the store is nice (although some things are way too overpriced).
