I got a hair Cut and Keratin treatment done by Ari Jette. I have never been so happy with my hair! I would highly recommend. I have very frizzy wild hair and the treatment made it calm and perfect, I don't have to style my hair in the morning! And the hair cut was also amazing, the perfect length. read more

I went to this salon for BALYAGE left with two gold strips on each side. I showed her this picture and said this is what I want. She said she would fix it only with olaplex. I'm sorry but what I asked for and what I got is 2 completely different things ...... pics speak for themselves ‍ so understand my hair is far but there's also balyage and then just a bunch of gold strips. read more

Brooke is the best!! I moved down to Florida from New York and had a very hard time finding a new hairdresser. Then I found Brooke. I have very curly, coarse hair and do Keratin treatments. I color my hair every 4 weeks and do highlights. When I came to Brooke, my hair was a mess. Brooke fixed the color and highlights. I have finally found my new hairdresser. Brooke is very accommodating, talks to you first before making any changes and she is so nice. I truly enjoy coming to her and I love the way my hair looks!! Let me say, everyone at the salon, is very pleasant and helpful! read more

I went in for a haircut and blow out this past week and was fortunate to have the opportunity to book with Tracy! Tracy was SO sweet, warm and kind. She was extremely thorough to make sure she fully understood exactly what look I was going for before we began and all throughout the cut, as well! I'm SO happy with how my hair came out and will definitely book with Tracy again. If you need a great haircut from a great human, ask for Tracy!!! read more

I had a very upsetting experience here. I booked an appointment before the salon was set to open having been given the idea that I would be the only person there. I was the only client in the hair cutting station but there were at least 6 other people in the salon (staff and clients) I had discussed with the stylist beforehand the look I was going for (sent her two pictures and we talked about it) but ended up with something that does not come close to resembling that. I went from having my hair the longest I've had it since I was a kid to the shortest I've had it in years. By the time I realized how much she was cutting it was too late. I had hoped for the best and even gave it a couple of days to get used to it, but I can't. It's too drastically short and will take a year to get some length back. I really wish I had never set foot in this place. Brooke was very sweet but unfortunately did not really listen to my needs. read more

What a great team I am using Bliss services for a long time, and I can only say they are really the best. Sharon, is a real nice person and a marvelous hairdresser. She takes great care of my hair, I come regularly for dyeing cutting and blow drying with the best results, she always hits the right style and color and I learn a lot. We talk a lot as well and I am always looking forward to go there. Lise Ann is a really great professional for facial skin care and electrolysis. She does my brows, electrolysis and skin needling. A great professional and in the meantime a great friend too. All the other people in salon are very helpful and very, very well organized with schedules. There is a specialist for everything. I highly recommend Bliss, try it for yourself. Regards Ella read more

DO NOT GO HERE. A lady named gia did my hair. Worst experience. I do not know how this person has a license to do hair. She does not know what she is doing. Save your time and your money and go somewhere else. read more

My family lives in Weston, Florida. About 35 minutes away from the salon on a good day. Over an hour if I catch traffic. Soooo my daughter is 12 and I thought hey I will just go to one of these local hair cutters and save the time.... WOW was I so wrong!! They butchered my daughters hair 2 days before 8th grade!! I called Sharon BEGGED for forgiveness and asked if there was anyway I could get her to fix it. She moved some appointments around and Sharon... the owner... saved the day... or school year! I can not believe how she fixed it! I am so happy to say we are 100% loyal customers from here on out!! I am so proud to call her my friend and family hairdresser. read more

Gia is amazing, I am so happy to have found her since moving from Chicago. She worked w me from my first vIsit and I just can't tell you how happy I am w my color! She has an eye and a superb talent. I'm not going anywhere else and have been coming to the salon for 8 months now. Salon and staff are wonderful as well. Very kind. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. I bought the Groupon to get my nails done here, and ended up paying for my service and returning the Groupon. The people who work there wear pajamas and look like they just woke up-complete TRASH. The woman who did my Gel Manicure had not a clue on how to do a French Manicure and was disgusting. Again, I love getting my nails done and make it a regular occurance. I have no problem paying money for service, and for the $18 Groupon I was willing to take what I got, but the experience I received from Boca Bliss was a nightmare. This is only a warning-dont bother! read more

At spur of the moment I went in for a mani pedi. Naydene was wonderful! I will be returning for sure. I love my new look. Jody convinced me to let my curls go free. Everyone loves my new look read more

First time in a salon in Boca, moved here a few months ago from Chicago and found this wonderful place one day while I was getting my Starbucks next door. Very friendly staff, and my hair stylist was wonderful. She explained my highlights and cut process in advance with great detail and described in such way that made feel very comfortable about her skills. The color was absolutely perfect, she matched it perfectly, the cut was just fabulous and I was out of there in no time. The price is not bad at all for the quality that you get. I will be a regular customer. read more

I am very happy with Julia. She gave me a Keratin treatment and it straightened my hair. It's less of a trouble when blow drying my hair out. It just comes out straight, and I love it. Also, love my hair color and cut. She always does a wonderful job. Plus we get along. I like the new salon. I highly recommend others to go to her. She listens to what you want. read more

Quite surprised by the customer service I received. Their yelp ad states walk ins welcomed. I walked in yesterday and spoke to Eylse. I explained that I'm looking to switch salons and was interested in speaking with someone. I asked if I could schedule a consult with the owner and she said she is very busy and she couldn't schedule me an appt. I wanted to explain what I was looking for and I guess that was bothersome. I asked if I could leave my info, so she could call me. Elyse called me today and told me to stop by anytime for a consult with anyone. So why didn't that happen yesterday then? It seems like they don't want new clients. Very weird. read more

I had the pleasure to have my hair done by the wonderful Andréa. This brazilian goddess know exactly how to get what you want. I went from light brown to an amazing blond and I was impressive, I felt like she added confidence in that hair mix too lol I left that salon feeling a million bucks. The owner also very friendly, they all made me feel welcome. Great place, price and friendly atmosphere. Thank you Andréa for transforming my hair doll. read more

I was visiting my daughter who attends college in the area. My hair looked terrible and she recommended I call Bliss. I called hoping they could fit me in. Well, they did and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. I had a male stylist wash and cut my hair. I don't recall his name but he was great. He used some great products on my hair and blew it dry. I totally looked like a different person from when I first walked in. If I lived in the area Bliss would definitely be my salon of choice. I highly recommend it. The staff is pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Thank you Bliss personnel! read more

Learn from my mistakes ... find another salon. I've lived in Boca Raton for most of my life and I love my spa services. Bliss is not a salon I will be returnign to. The ladies at the front desk were nothing less than snarky. The spa services in the back are noisy and the make shift private pedicure stations are made up of old curtains. Also did I mention how snarky the front desk was! Sorry Bliss, bad attitudes will not earn return business. :( read more

It's difficult for me to find a salon to stick with and since moving here, I have tried several. Melissa perfects my hair every time I see her and I allow her to decide what to do. Tracey is amazing at the front desk and I feel like everyone there is a friend. read more

These guys were great and very accommodating. I was in Florida for business and had to stay down for a weekend due to weather in the northeast. I walked in and i talked to the people at the front desk about getting a facial (note this was a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty busy). They got me an appointment within 2 hours and added on a massage for a discounted price. They really went above and beyond for me. And i must say-- Cheryl who did my facial was great! I would highly recommend this place. read more

I really liked this salon. Christen gave me a blow out. Definatly a stellar job. It lasted all night and looked amazing. Even the next day it honestly still looked great. Also had makeup done I believe( Julia) was the makeup artist I had, she defiantly took her time and it was worth it. She is somewhat of a perfectionist. Did great smokey eye shadow. The place has an open lay out nail station and massages in the back of the salon. The massage area was very quiet and quite comfortable. When I was done my afternoon getting beautified they even gave me a cute little gift bag with a Sebatian hair gloss sample. Everyone was really sweet and helpful. Kristen and Julia were sweethearts didn't rush me out of their chairs and made me feel like I had been there a million times before. read more

Still loving my haircolor, it's so shiny and healthy. The dark brown lowlights on the bottom of my ends make my hair looks so much fuller, my hair just somehow lays better, is vitually frizz free and it's been 6 weeks, still loving the color (although its toned down a bit, its still wonderful) read more

One word "blissful" from fantastic stylists, to magic mani/pedi, and off course the spa was a great way for me to finish off the experience! I can not speak highly enough about Bliss Salon!!! I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. When I arrived the front desk was very friendly. I went to Bliss for their special for the month keratin treatment. I had it done on a Friday. I did not wash my hair for 4 days. When I washed my hair I used the shampoo and conditioner that I purchased at the salon that the stylist recommended. As per the instructions that the stylist gave me, I washed my hair 4 days later. I dried my hair and used my flat iron, also as instructed, and my hair looked okay but a little frizzy. The next morning I woke up and my hair was very frizzy. I went back to the salon and spoke with the stylist. I questioned her and said I don't think the keratin took. She responded that "it's your hair - the keratin treatment worked". I said that I understand that my hair was damaged, and also told her when I had gone in for the keratin treatment that I had a keratin treatment that only lasted about 6 weeks. She told me that as long as I follow her instructions, it should last at least 2 months. Well, 5 days later it looks like I didn't have any treatment! The fact that she didn't offer to redo the treatment and just brushed me off infuriates me! I would have discussed this with the manager, but to be honest, I was too upset and left rather than cause a scene. Big 0 for customer service! read more

This is where I get my haircut / colored and brows waxed. I have no complaints and the prices are reasonable.

I highly reccomend Andrea for cut and color. She is the only one EVER who cut my long hair and made it look fuller - she has wands for hands people. Also- get a manicure while you wait for processing- Girls at the front desk are attentive and cheerful - and POLITE. And one more thing- if you have bangs they trim them for free - you can just pop in. Really decent prices too. Make sure you bring cash for tips - they do not take them on credit cards. read more

I had a great experience at Bliss! I am from out of town and was nervous about having my hair done by someone new but my stylist, Lisa made me feel very comfortable right from the beginning with her friendly and fun personality. She was very patient and listened to all my concerns and discussed all the options to achieve the results I wanted. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted it and I am very pleased with it! In addition, Lisa took the time to educate me on ways to care for my hair, hair products , and styling techniques. I would definitely recommend Lisa! read more

I just moved to Boca from Manhattan. I was looking for a great aesthetician and a beautiful spa. After all the reviews I read, Florentina come up with very highly recommendations. I gave her a try and let me tell you that i know a lot about facials and skin care, but I didn't have a facial like Florentina did for 40 years. When I asked where is she from ( Romania), I knew why she is so good. She is sweet, polite and cares about your needs. She didn't even charge me for an extra service just because I needed. She is not all about the money, she loves what she is doing. She also waxed my whole body, fast and no pain. I love her. Have moved to Delray Beach this year and had three bad haircuts...from three different stylists. I had almost given up. Then I saw a woman with a fantastic cut while I was out shopping and asked her who did her hair. She told me she went to Bliss Salon and Dianne was her stylist. Well, l went to see Dianne for a cut and style. What a great experience! She listened to what i asked her for and did an excellent job!! The cut is top notch, the styling fantastic, she even used a pomade that I was not familiar with that held my hair in place perfectly! If you're not satisfied with your hair, go see Dianne at Bliss!
