Have gone here several times and have had someone different every time, the last time I went had a new guy that was very friendly however once I got home and really looked at my nails I was frustrated with how my nails were all shaped differently and he barely put any gel fill on which is probably why they were chipping like crazy. The good news is I recently went back to have my nails filled again and was completely satisfied with the results, the lady who sits at #3 does an awesome job!! Horrible experience with a simple gel refill. Worst One in 25 years. Bubbles, polish missing corners. Went back to get fixed and owner yelled at me saying that the original girl should fix because he was losing money I said I don't want her to do it. He was nasty as was the girl that did them. i spent an hour in the salon and got the gel for the first time and it looks absolutely atrocious . At least two of my nails are crooked and the nail lady did not even put the gel to the top of my nail , there's space in between my skin and the gel nail and there's also paint in between as well . i used to love bliss nail salon , never going again , honestly disgusted . 60$ given for trash . honestly so upset i have to keep these on for at least a week because i paid for them . at least she was nice . read more

definitely trexlertown. a man must have run it at that time. he's always been there when i visited and he was the one who asked what i wanted and said he would take me himself. what a mistake!!!! i asked him if he had a record of the girl who did my nails and pedicure in the past so i could see her and he said no we don't keep those records, which i thought was strange and didn't make sense. the whole time i felt hustled and in my opinion i was. as i kept telling him this doesn't look like gel nail polish and that i didn't want fake nails and he kept insisting it was only gel nail polish. nails still damaged and will never step foot in that salon again. by the way, you know there is a man in that salon or there was years ago so you should have figured that out. how many men are in or have ever been in that salon directing customers to staff? read more

My wife went here for nails and waxing. The staff were very nice, but that's where the positive ends. She got powder dip nails, which at most places will last three weeks, and they're chipping and cracking after less than a week. Even worse, the price was a lot more than other places she uses. Also, when she had the waxing done they tore her skin off. She says she will never go back. Last, the wax they used on her eyebrows caused an allergic reaction that requires steroids to fix. read more

Horrible, we called and made an appointment and we showed up and still sat there for 30 minutes. The other customers in there were just as annoyed as us waiting. They take forever. Friendly people and wonderful service. Not sure what the individual's name is who did my nails but they were done WELL AND WILL last. TONS of colors to choose from - both gel and regular polish. This salon offers the REAL gel nails and it's done quickly. I've had other local salons attempt to their rendition of gel for it to turn out to be a complete disaster. Our appointment time was honored which also is a terrific way to maintain customers (as I can't stand going through the trouble of making an appointment only to have to wait). Salon is clean. I have not gotten a pedi yet but am interested to see how they do. Well done. I don't have a complaint. Highly recommended. read more

Hire some more people! I've driven out here two times and have been unable to get a simple manicure due to their only being 3 people on at a time. There's no sign in system or wait list and on both occasions I've gone in I've been told to go shop and come back in an hour. Very clean and it's a new salon but unfortunately you need to staff your place so people can actually get appointments. read more

Normally this is THE nail place. However, this evening the nail technician cut/sliced several of my toes, no apology. Then I was rushed to pay because it was close to closing time. I did ask the technician to at least paint over the blood that was all over my toe. The other technicians asked to see my feet and spoke in hushed tones and made me feel even more embarrassed, and they made me pay full price. Not good customer service, that's for sure read more

I had gone there many times because they were offering a 20% off grand opening deal. However I will not be returning after today seeing as they don't offer that deal anymore and the service is just not good enough for the price. The people are really nice but EXTREMELY UNDERSTAFFED. I've waiting a hour when i had an appointment. They do your nails with care which I can appreciate. When I came there I had acrylic nails. They convinced me to do gel polish telling me my nails will look horrible without it which I thought was rude but whatever. The two times I went after that everything was fine except that they cut my nails extremely short when I made clear "a tiny bit." Then the third time I went i told them to take my acrylics off and put on a fresh set. They starting doing these gel nails when I wasn't aware of what that was. I thought I was getting gel polish not gel nails. My nails looked nice but it was so much more expensive and I didn't even want it! I went from spending $18 to $40 in just a few times going there. They are not easy to understand and charge unfair and expensive prices in my opinion. In conclusion the salon is nice but they definitely Nickel and dime you and I will not be returning. read more

Professional service. I can personally recommend Lynn, Michelle, and Vicki. I have had my nails done by all of them with excellent results. They also do a nice pedicure. My daughter also has her eyebrows waxed by Michelle and is very satisfied with the service. Everyone is friendly from the moment you walk in to the time you leave. Highly recommend. read more

This was the worst refill I have ever had! It's like the nail tech purposely didn't fill them correctly so that I would need another refill sooner. She made my thumb bleed. She was rude. And on top of that, it's expensive. Definitely not worth the money! Will never go back. read more

There were four manicurist working, so I did not have to wait. The guy who did my nails was very nice. I am very happy with the gel manicure. There is a large selection of colors to choose from. Prices is good at $25. The salon was exceptionally clean and bright. This was the first local salon I went to that had the ultraviolet lights built into each station. This was nice because there was plenty of room so your hands were not cramped into a small device. I definitely will go back there. read more

I went to Bliss Nails for the first time tonight. The staff was friendly and pleasant. I got a gel mani and a pedi and they both were great. During the pedi, they did a hot stone massage on my legs and feet. After my mani, they give me a quick shoulder and neck massage. Everything was clean and they had soothing music playing. The first time I tried this place my nails came out well. I have been there twice since and both times I have felt the need to go to another salon to fix what they have done. I am not the type to complain seeing I feel bad but, a simple fill and reshape should not turn into my nails being a completely different shape, bumpy and painted in globs to alleviate time. I give every place I go a second and third try, but this place is absolutely terrible not to mention my fill took a whole hour if not more and looked terrible! read more

Honestly, I love getting mani/pedi's but hate how long it takes. I am a working mom with limited time so when I get to come here, I want a job that's well done in a timely fashion. Bliss Nails has always delivered in this respect. They're friendly, quick, and consistent. I recently switched from the other nail salon that I had gone to, because they're faster and better. Worst experience ever! Worst customer service! If you care about the way your pink and whites look and you care about being treated with courtesy do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! I decided to try this place because it's really close to where I live and I was hoping to find a great new place close by. When I first arrived I was greeted and asked what I wanted to get done. There were a decent amount of people in the shop but there was no wait which was a definite plus. After that though my experience went down hill.... the next two people I encountered were absolutely miserable. The 1st guy came up to me and said "follow me" so I did and half way walking to the back where the pedicure stations were he turns and goes to sit down at a manicure station. I stopped and stared at him because I wasn't sure if he was confused and thought I was getting a manicure instead of a pedicure. He then looks up at me and with an attitude says "go!" And points to the back where the stations are as if I'm suppose to know where to sit. The 2nd guy then comes and gets me and points to a chair... he asked "basic pedicure or spa pedicure" and I reply just the regular one and with that he doesn't speak again. He just pushed my foot in and out of the water as needed. I am not a person who likes to talk during my pedicure by any means but their personalities made it almost uncomfortable for me to even be there. During my pedicure the guy made my one toe bleed.... which is not a huge deal.. it happens... but again not even so much as a sorry. After my pedicure the guy proceeded to bring me the bill and stood by me until I paid which was fine but then continued to stand by me until I tipped him! I was suppose to get my eyebrows waxed but they forgot about it until my toes were almost dry and that was okay with me because at that point I couldn't wait to leave because I felt so uncomfortable being there. The guy who is manager/owner ( I'm assuming that's who he was) was very friendly and accommodating and kept asking me if I was sure I didn't want to get my eyebrows done but other than him everyone else I encountered couldn't even bother to smile. I am giving this place two stars for two reasons 1) my toes don't look horrible (besides where he cut me) and 2) I believe the manager guy was very nice and really wanted to make sure everything was running smoothly. read more
