The next day recycling was still there, so I called again. And again got nothing but attitude and nastiness so I said I want my account closed and a full refund for June (they bill a month in advance). Waited 2 weeks no refund but did get a bill for July even though they have not picked up for me since the first of June. So again I called demanding a refund I get "fine I'll take care of it" CLICK hung up on yet again!! No we are in the second week of July and no refund!!! Horrible customer service!!

While I'm not going to get into details here, let me just say that both residences had many years of accumulated "stuff." We were given the name of John's business by someone who was aware of the business but had never personally used the business. It turned out to be a godsend. We live a hundred miles from Rome, NY where the cleanouts needed to be done. John promptly returned our initial call, and a date and time for a rendezvous was agreed to. On that day, John was right on time, friendly, understanding, and very thorough about what he could and would do to meet our needs. He offered suggestions to help keep the house in the best presentable appearance for a future multiple listing effort. He also expressed his strong support of veterans' organizations where he would donate items such as walkers, wheelchairs, canes, and even toilet paper. The price he gave us was very reasonable and within our expectations. We were able to book his first available date and arrange for the work to be done at both locations without our having to be present. John texted us multiple photos of each residence when the work was complete. We are totally satisfied with the work that John has done and highly recommend his business to others.
