The lady answering the phone is personable, knowledgeable, responsive and accommodating. We received a 20 yard dumpster within about 24 hours and they promptly picked it up. I have never had a problem with them and they have been very kind and easy to work with. I recommend them, and give the nice lady a raise!

I've called each time; twice they said that they'd pick it up the next day, and both times they didn't come pick it up. I asked if we'd be getting a discount for the missed pick ups, but the person I talked to told me no, but they'd "make a note" that we'd have extra trash the following week. I'm getting ready to look into other companies who can offer reliable residential pick-up.

If needed, he was willing to have us keep the most recent dumpster for a few extra days at a nominal cost.
