Bottle counting machine breaks down or malfunctions. Rude staff, which nobody needs when simply trying to recycle. The lady there counted them literally as fast as I could open the bags and let out the contents, that was cool! They're also very nice too, no problems with some of our annoying bottles. We're gonna go here every single time from now on! They also have a bunch of groups you can donate your bottles and cans to, not a bad idea to sometimes look at the list and randomly help out, you don't need to even give all of your return, maybe even just some of it. Then two employees counted them very efficiently and quickly. They told the result to the cashier who promptly paid me cash. I was in and out in under 5 minutes.
