    The actual service was pretty good and a decent value for the price. I had an interior car detail…read more I must caution potential customers about the HORRIBLE customer service experience. While mistakes happen, how you handle it can make all the difference. I have a 2 yr old and am 8.5 mos pregnant. I was very clear that the toddler car seat was VERY hard to install. The ONLY request I made regarding my service was very clearly NOT to uninstall the car seat and I asked him to do his best to clean around it. Fast forward to daycare pick up at the end of the day... as I was buckling my 2 yr old into her car seat, I noticed that the entire car seat slid... because he unbuckled it! I was understandably VERY upset. I do believe it was an accident but a very very serious safety issue. It's pretty obvious when you unbuckle a seat belt that's tied into a car seat installation... it doesn't accidentally unbuckle itself. I also, because I'm so far along in my pregnancy, was unable to properly reinstall it in the parking lot of daycare. I spent an hour of my evening driving to my nearby family's house for help reinstalling it. It threw off dinner and bedtime so the evening was a disaster as a result of the mistake. Not ideal for a tired single pregnant mom of a toddler. When I contacted the wife to express my extreme frustration, I m requested a PARTIAL refund equivalent to an hour of their work, to compensate me for the hour of my time I spent fixing the car seat. The response? No heartfelt sincere apology, understanding how serious car seat safety is. No offer to give me a partial refund. She accused ME of lying!!!! Why would I lie?? I was a repeat customer and had no complaints or issues from the first service. It doesn't benefit me much to get a partial refund but it felt like a reasonable request given what happened. She repeatedly insisted that maybe I was the one who unbuckled it or that I was lying. There is a right way to handle a customer service issue and this was not it. Needless to say I will be giving my business to another company who values child's safety and doesn't accuse me of lying.
