Reminder: I was a first time visitor. Picked out a color for my pedicure.(Which was gel, which cost $20 more for them to just put on instead of standard polish. That will forever be stupid to me...you have to finish the pedicure with a polish anyway. So pedicure is now $50 instead of $30. Cool. I digress.) Showed a picture to the guy about how I waned my nails. Super simple. The guy who performed my pedicure was AMAZING! The guy was working on my full set...not so much. Reminder, I showed the picture of what I wanted. Once we sat down for him to finish my nails. He goes "What color do you want for your nails". I'm like I don't want color. I showed him the picture again. He was like "You should of asked for nude powder." My response, "No, you should do your job better. I showed you what I wanted before I sat down." Ya'll this man then added nude gel polish to my nails to attempt to create the look. Making my nails thick as hell. At this point I'm pissed I go to check out. I get up to pay. The tech who did my nails, rings me up for $70. Tries taking my payment, but their credit card machine isn't working. So he then brings someone else over to try and ring me up. This person is like "it's $120". I was like how did we go from this to that. Pedicure $50 (understood), full set $45(understood), that's $95. How did we get to $120? Oh the designs on your nails. My appointment was for 1 pm with Rosa and at 1:10pm I asked front desk how much longer do I have to wait for service. Another 5 minutes passed by making it now 1:15 pm I left. I will give my money to people who want my business. If I was late to my service I would either have to receive services for the remainder of time of have to reschedule. So it is not fair nor professional to do to your clients.
