They do offer other classes besides Power Yoga, but that seems to be their speciality and part of the reason I found them (I was trained in the Baptiste Style). They also have teacher training and workshops opportunities. Price wise it is reasonable; it is most cost effective to buy a package. There are nice bathrooms, showers, and changing areas if you are going right before or after work. One of the nicest things they offer is childcare with certain classes (and I don't even have kids)! If you want sweat and not feel guilty about Sunday brunch with mimosas, be sure to check out the Sunday 9am class with Jennifer! All of the classes and teachers here have really impressed me.
