It's fairly lengthy (yes more lengthy than this review) and strenuous but I believe it's only right to share my story regarding my experience with this business and my artist, Miriam. I initially came to her wanting microblading done because I grew up during the 'thin brow fad' in the 90s and I rarely wear makeup so I wanted a more "natural yet maintenanced" look. I will be the first to say that in the cosmetic world, I am very naive and uninformed though I tried to educate myself on this specific procedure but I partially believe she may have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge. The entire process has been a complete upset and it's such a shame because the ladies were so nice while being in their presence but there was a huge lack of concern/care once I left the office (both times) and the reality of the results set in. I would text picture updates and ask questions about my healing phase and never got responses back, I called the business and also tried contacting her via Instagram where we originally met/talked. Nothing. She would actively post stories on her account but couldn't take the time to respond to a worried client.... since I was not getting any replies from my own artist, I went to a handful of others in the area with my questions regarding my results and they have all claimed that instead of microblading, Miriam looked to have attempted a tint & shade or powderbrow instead which is very frustrating for me because I showed her countless Before and After photos of women with thin eyebrows like mine and the look I wanted.. needless to say that's not what I got in return. I truly feel like I was robbed of my money and on top of that, I still decided to OVERtip her each session for her time even though her and I both knew I would leave unsatisfied and uneasy about things. At the end of the day, I'm MORE disappointed with the lack of compassion and attentiveness from my artist than I am the actual results.... and that's saying ALOT seeing how they turned out. Looking back on the situation I 100% believe it was all about the money and not having pride in her work and wanting to make things right. It took a lot of time, courage, trust and budgeting for me to finally take the steps to do this procedure and my heart is completely broken about how everything played out. I would also like to add that I know this ink is different than regular tattoos but I am tatted up and never had this issue with ink being pushed out, as she claimed happened. Also, I feel like she always danced around the issue and gave me the run around instead of being honest about my situation until everything was said/done and paid for. I naturally have dry skin and refrained from any type of excersing for 2 weeks after each session to assure I did not irritate or disrupt the healing process... in retrospect I just wish I would've put that money to better use. $700 down the drain. The result speaks for itself. Lesson learned

By midnight, AT LEAST 20 fans had fallen out. I arrived at Lash Lounge the morning of 4/18/26 (They DAY OF my birthday & brunch, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid, hence why I came yesterday for the service) to get this resolved and despite their opening time being 9am, they were not open & I stood outside in the cold, calling 3 times & leaving 1 voicemail, until 9:18am and they still were not open. I then went go sit in my car. I finally saw a light come on about 5 or so minutes later & approached the entrance again. The door was still locked. The front desk receptionist had to come unlock the door despite it being business hours, which I'm pretty sure is a violation of a code in itself. After explaining the situation & her calling the manager. She returned and initiated a refund, which is all fine and dandy, but I still have a "full set" of lash extensions with spaces and gapes all over. The front desk receptionist then tells me the "senior stylist" that did my lashes won't be in until 10am & she has a 10am appt with no openings today except for MAYBE being able to squeeze me in at 1pm. She then goes on to tell me that I wasn't even a candidate for lash extensions but the stylist did them anyway. Would I not be wise to inform me of that? Especially since I've gotten lash extensions HERE AT THIS VERY LOCATION multiple times & have never been informed of this NOR had an issues with my lash extensions. When Jhave got her she came out front (The kindness from yesterday was no longer present which seemed to rub off on the receptionist as well as our interaction leading up to this was completely fine. She had up to this point been very kind & helpful. She actually looked appalled when I showed her the photo of how many fans had fallen out) and said that "They informed me of your issue. I wouldn't know if it's an issue with me. It could be the humidity." She then went on to blame me stating that I move/fidget during my appointments (I don't move my head, I fidget with my arms/hands due to personal & medical reasons) and that I got up to use the restroom during my application (again for personal/medical reasons which I DID IN FACT ask her if that would be ok/if it would affect anything). I explained to her that these EXACT things have taken place at all of my appointments, as I made them aware of at my VERY FIRST appointment at Lash Lounge Shiloh over 2 years ago with a lash tech by the name of Kelsey! My 5 star review is actually still up! I shouldn't have to air out my health battles in a Lash Lounge lobby. I then asked Jhave what the actually issue was because the receptionist told me that I was not a candidate but the service was performed anyway. Jhave then told me that this was in fact, not correct information and the receptionist mixed me up with another patron (another mistake/misinformation on their part). I now have to cancel my birthday brunch. This is not how I imagined or planned my birthday this year.
