I wanted to get a tune up on my eye lash extensions I made multiple calls to several salons no one wanted to touch my extensions because it was not their work. As soon as I reached Tracy she was more than willing to make time for me. Unbeknownst to me she's been doing lashes for 10 years and she travels and trains others to do lashes. I was so excited to have such a professional do my lashes. The experience was so good with Tracy I am going to find someone else in California to do my lashes having such a professional like Tracy clearly opened my eye to what is professional work.

I don't know if it's special glue, or her artistry, but I'm stunned by how long these last. I gym until I'm all gross and sweaty, take super hot showers, wear contacts, work 10 hours, and still they're there -- the extensions last as long as my real lashes are there. Most salons for me the extensions start falling out within the week, way before my real lashes fall out. I do use a clean mascara pen (just get the free ones from any makeup store) and brush them upward with cold air if they've been wet. Also, I have really weak lashes and have been told by multiple salons that it's frustrating and that a dramatic look just isn't possible.. gotta go visit them sometime and be like "ta daaa~~~ by iEsthetic Lash & Brow. yup". She responds very quickly, and she can do different styles of eyelashes: cat eye, natural, dramatic, clustered, etc. The lashes feel really light, I don't know they're there until I accidentally rub my eyes. So so so happy to have found this place, as long as she's in SD, I'll be a regular! P.S. I found this place through Groupon, and her deal is legit.

But I digress. Inked Beauty Bar was recommended to me by my hairdresser and I just went in for my touch up after getting my brows done in August. I'm so glad I found Emily! The color is perfect, the shape is amazing, and now I can walk out the door without having to spend time on them. I figured I'm saving money on brow products anyway considering the amount of pencils, powders, and gels I've bought over the years! I definitely recommend Emily to everyone who wants to know where I got my brows done! Lastly, the salon was incredibly clean, and I felt completely safe having the procedure done, despite being in the middle of a pandemic. All guidelines were followed, and the salon is clearly cleaned frequently. Infection control is a huge deal to me, and I can tell that Emily takes her customers' safety very seriously. And that one star review above??!?! That's petty.
