To top it off, The Moon Room is a fantastic establishment--well-curated, professional, and filled with beautiful plants. Highly recommend seeing Brenna.

It smells very calming and looks very clean. Caits asked if there was any kind of music I would like to listen too as she likes to let the client choose, so their appointment can be as relaxing as possible. Great start to my first booking with her. During my wax she was very friendly and was so easy to communicate with. She educates you a lot about waxing itself. I really appreciate being informed about pre and post care of waxing. I have gotten Brazilian waxes before, but I had never been educated so much about it. I enjoyed learning a lot about it because it prepares me to care for it and have better results. Caits did a great job with my wax! Personally, it's the best wax results I've ever had. She is most definitely a perfectionist and I very much appreciate that. She takes her time and doesn't rush to make sure she gets everything. I'm a plus size woman too, and she helped me feel comfortable and confident when I walked out of her business. I also bought some of her post care oils and exfoliating stuff. They are for the entire body, have great ingredients, are vegan, and are cruelty free! After using the oil so far, it helped very quickly with any soreness or redness too! I have used other products before for Brazilian waxes, and so far these products are the best Ive used. Thank goodness for that! Overall I have had a great experience and have been looking for a regular so I can get on schedule with my Brazilians. I'm very thankful I found Cait and will be going back everytime now! Thank you Cait!

The Short of it: My Experience with Dream was amazing! Well...I guess it was as amazing as…read moregetting hair ripped off of your body can be! Scheduling was easy...her studio was bright, clean, and welcoming...she has a great personality...The pain was minimal...no post-wax/sugar skin issues AT ALL! Highly recommend. The long of it: I recently moved to Novato, CA to be closer to family. I'm a 46-year-old man with a furrier back and shoulders than I'd like to admit, and need regular waxing appointment. A friend of mine has been seeing Dream for years recommended her. I went on her site and scheduled an appointment -- it was super easy. On the day of my appointment, I arrived at the salon where her studio was located about 5 minutes early. There was plenty of parking, and there was a comfortable waiting area in the salon. Dream came out and greeted me with a smile, introduced herself and led me back into her studio. A couple things to note: 1. Her name is ridiculous. It's not her fault -- I came to learn that her parents are hippies. Doesn't matter -- her name suits her personality. 2. She's really pretty. Does this matter at all? Nope. But, it's true. Back to the review... Her studio was clean. It smelled good, without having any overwhelming fragrance. It was bright, private, and very clean, but didn't have a cold, clinical feel. We talked about the services I signed up for -- back, shoulders, and nostrils (IYKYK) -- and she walked me through her process. It was great! Made me feel comfortable even though I knew I was about to experience pain (I'm very pain avoidant). I have been going to waxing appointments on and off for years. This was the first time I have been introduced to sugaring. She talked me through the difference between waxing and sugaring, telling me the pros and cons of each. I appreciated her informative approach, and we implemented a strategy. She worked quickly, but was very thorough. I have never experienced waxing with such a small amount of pain!! I am a yapper, so I really enjoyed talking with her -- she has an excellent personality and is really fun to talk to. Before I knew it, the appointment was over...and it went super smoothly! (see what I did there?). The best part -- I'm now a week past the appointment, I have had ZERO skin reactions, and my skin is pretty sensipoo. No bumps, breakouts, or rashes! I re-booked on the spot, and am actually looking forward to my next appointment.
