She has blossomed into an absolute social butterfly--spreading love and joy everywhere we go. Amber, Sarah, Rosemary and the entire Elite team were supportive and responsive throughout the process. Jayla uploaded adorable weekly training and socialization videos, which we still watch together. My pup arrived fully crate trained and mostly potty trained (I don't expect 100% success at this age). They did warn me that Emmy is a "Velcro dog". Boy, they weren't kidding! Emmy needs constant love and attention but this has been one of her most endearing qualities. I've enrolled her in a puppy prep school where she's thrived--making dozens of new friends and charming all the trainers! Lastly--and this may seem superficial but her striking Tiffany blue-green eyes have persisted at 5+ months. Green eyes are extremely rare--especially among labradoodles. So, this shouldn't be a driver in selecting a dog or breeder but like I said--I might just be the luckiest puppy parent on the planet right now. :)

People stop us and ask, "Who's your groomer?". Bailey is one of those Yorkies that hates to have his face touched! But wait, you're a Yorkie, you need your face groomed. He always comes out with his face cut the way I want it, and I'm asked, "how is it, do I need to touch it up more?". Besides grooming, both of these ladies rescue & re-home dogs all the time. I have not owned a goldendoodle and Charlene answered all of my questions & concerns beforehand. She would send weekly updates and pictures of our puppy from birth. Charlene was very accommodating with visits starting at 4 weeks old. I think this truly helped our puppy transition to her new home since she was already comfortable around us. She also did us a favor and kept her an extra 2 weeks (past her 8 week pick up date) since we had a preexisting vacation planned. Charlene provided all of her vet records, a take home basket filled with toys, goodies and even a new puppy what to expect packet. You can tell she and her family go above and beyond to make this experience positive. Our pup is so sweet, calm, intelligent and potty trained so quickly with the help of Charlene starting her crate training. Overall amazing experience that you won't get elsewhere.

At first she was quite transparent with my husband and I that he had a heart murmur. We purchased him from her for 1000.00. These puppies normally cost around 5 to 6K. Due to the murmur she lowered his price. When we had him checked our Vetenarian advised he should be seen by a cardiologist to determine the grade of his heart murmur. Fast forward- He was seen and the cardiologist broke the news that our boy has a congenital hereditary heart defect- pulmomaric stenosis. Pulmomaric stenosis is a hereditary heart defect in dogs that causes a malformation of the pulmomaric valve which obstructs the flow of blood from the heart to the lungs. He is at a low but severe risk of 83 out of 120 for heart attack. His right side of his heart has already weakend and he was placed on a beta blocker for the duration of his life. He was also restricted of all physical activity. He needs to have his nares and pallet clipping which should be beneficial for his health but he is at anesthetic risk due to his heart defect. Recently I reached out to Natalia and told her about his heart defect and asked her if she would consider a refund due to the heartache and stress not only my puppy but our 3 little girls are experiencing over this devastating news. However, she denied it. I explained that if she wasn't already aware of this issue I was relaying this information respectively so she was made aware that either one or both of his parents has this heart condition and should be checked out. Emmitts parents are Zara and Ace. Recently I found a Google review of a woman who had purchased 2 puppies from Natalia around the same time I purchased Emmitt. Her review states that both of her pups have the same congenital heart defect as our puppy! She reached out to Natalia with no response. This is so sad! Natalia needs to be stopped from breeding her dogs that have these defects. Its not fair to these puppies or their families who are having to go through what our family is. Its financially draining and emotionally exhausting. I will be pursing further action against Natalia. Please please please do not purchase puppies from her until you get a full physical examination of the puppy!

I grew up with two Golden Retrievers from a breeder in the UK. When I compare my experiences with them to my experiences with Beary, I can say that I have had a much easier time with Beary. Heather sure knows her stuff when it comes to breeding, and she has the best puppy trainers around. Beary already knew many of the basic commands when he arrived and was trained to go to the bathroom in a litter box. Beary is sweet-natured and funny. Playing fetch with him is more entertaining than watching TV. He has no health issues, is very intelligent, and he's always good but perhaps sometimes just a little mischievous! He learns quickly and is very well-behaved. He's also extremely beautiful, loves to cuddle, and is very caring. There's nothing more I could have asked for. Thank you, Heather, for all you do. My life is much happier with Beary in it.

She spent time playing with them as well as watching their behavior to make sure they got along and played together safely. (We have 3 large dogs and a small beagle.) She even called us to make sure we were comfortable with what she saw. She left notes from each day and also texted us notes and photos.
