I'm having other renos to my home and several other service people noticed these replacement and comments how well these doors were installed. They next replaced custom interior door - also went great. I next had them and other vendors quote some window replacement. They were not the cheapest, but the quality of the door installs were so good, plus they were willing to work with aspects of my security system as well as change the window style from double-hung to casement, so I went with them. It was to be a 2 day installation, but in the middle of day 1, we realized some of the windows weren't manufactured as expected. I immediately contacted Steven, my sales rep. After we spoke for a few minutes, he acknowledged the issue and assured me they would work with me to come to a satisfactory solution. Long and short of it is that they did work with me and we crafted a solution that I'm very pleased with. Plus, I was so impressed with their professionalism that I've now ordered my remaining windows replaced with them. I've read a lot of reviews for many vendors where complaints were made, and often the reviews are negative. I'll say this - renovate enough and you will occasionally run into issues. It happens, even with good companies. But the difference between vendors is in how they handle those issues. The Door Store gets an A+ from me. High quality, excellent service, and highly professional - not just the management but ever single service person in my home. Worth every penny.

She took my information and I mentioned that I was a returning customer, I didn't expect to hear from them right away with Christmas so near and I waited for a call the week between Christmas and New Years, that call never came. So on Monday, 01-04-16 I called and left a voicemail.......four days later with a lot of rain in the forecast still no return call. Either this place is making so much money hand over fist that they don't need my business or this is just another example of a local company that won't take the time to be responsible or respectful to customers. My suggestion is to avoid any firm that can't be counted on or doesn't understand the term dependable. After some time I tried contacting them via their own website which was down. SHOCKER. I then emailed the firm via their email address on the Better Business Bureau site......so after ONE month's total time the owner finally left me a voicemail.......... saying this is the 1st that he had heard from me. Really! Again it took ONE month for a call back. There's NO way that I will again spend money with this company. Call me old school but that's not the way to run any business. After I balked at the wait time he said these few words," I have been doing this for thirty-one years and I build great decks" I knew then a there wether it was a few months out or even longer I wanted Rock Solid to do the job. He came over and we sat in the back to get an estimate. When we chatted he was professional , knowledgeable , easy to talk to, very funny and a believer. I knew his skill level and integrity were very high. So we agreed and he put just put on his schedule. .If I remember correctly at this time is was roughly around six weeks out. It might have been a bit longer but as the day approached the texts and communication increased. Soon it was the day, Because my BBQ weighs 360 lbs I wanted a over built deck. I also wanted pressure treated southern pine. Patrick understood this and delivered the build quality I wanted and then some. A final thought about Rock Solid. When you hire Patrick Hagan to do your deck your getting thirty-one years of knowledge.Your getting an A plus better business rating. He also is insured and will travel one way up to fifty miles. His crew are friendly, hard working and also skilled. In a world where many people over promise and under deliver he is just the opposite. I personally have now become to think of him as not only a builder but an artist. He will build you a great deck.

After waiting double the estimated time for the products, I was left with two "smart" blinds (on my largest windows) that weren't "smart" and were nearly useless. There was no way to charge the motors (the installer forgot both chargers) and the wireless setup failed on both my wireless networks. That really wasn't a shock given the poor reviews of the hardware on several web sites. Repeated calls to the office requesting the necessary components were ignored. I eventually purchased chargers from Amazon and an Ethernet adapter from Somfy to complete the project. I will NOT consider this company when it's time to replace the window coverings on my second floor.
