She was so helpful in pointing out the details on things I had never considered. Its nice to find someone who is a pro at their job. It is obvious that she committed to customer satisfaction and would go the distance to make sure I was pleased. I also found the installers to be very attentive to my request and work order details. It was a great experience!!!!

I would highly recommend working with Tammy for your window treatments. We recently moved into a…read morenew construction home and had no window coverings. We first tried a local place, they were a little cheaper but we weren't as happy with the available options. Tammy on the other hand had tons of options to choose from and was very helpful explaining the differences in everything. We ultimately ended up going with 2.5" blinds in most of the house and solar shades in our main living area, and we couldn't be happier with the result. Tammy was very patient while we were trying to make (difficult) decisions on everything. She will also do her best to make it work for your budget. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her if you are looking for window treatments.

Our old (10 years) motorized Roman shades from Hunter Douglas died (well, the motor of one of three…read moreshades gave it up). We have a bank of high (10') windows, so there are few options for us. And we wanted to avoid having to get on a ladder to swap out AA batteries. Draped in Style came up with an elegant solution that met our needs to a "T." Our salesperson, Jennifer, gave us any number of options, and we went with Roman shades of the same style and motorized as well. The shades arrived quicker than we expected. Because of a problem at the factory (where HD sent us components that obviously did not go together, but no one at that end caught it), our installer worked with Jennifer and us to resolve the issue and install our shades to our complete satisfaction (AND FOR LESS THAN WE PAID TEN YEARS AGO!--how often does that happen?). Very pleased!

I went to Draped In Style after reading so many good reviews about them. Their store was in my…read moreneighborhood and I wanted to give local support to the business. However, my experience ended up being very frustrating and unsatisfying. I will refrain from saying who I dealt with but this lady was wonderful and knowledgeable at the initial consultation. However, after this I could never get an estimate from her. I called and texted many times, only to be told I would have it shortly along with apologies. After waiting over a month I finally gave up and ended up going with Spindle Top Draperies (Joyce) and receive excellent service from them. Update: I have updated my review more favorably after the owner called me and I received a written apology from the sales associate. I understand it was an oversight and I understand these things do happen. I appreciate both of these people reaching out to me.
