Called again asking for her, she's not in yet but should be here anytime. Hours later no callback 3rd phone call asked for Tracy this time told her the issue, she apologized and said refund was done and would email me a receipt. Apologized for Katina stating she was overwhelmed with a home renovation and moving. I don't want to hear excuses. Never got the email receipt from her either Y'all are evidently not good at customer service, calling back or following up and DO NOT deserve my business. I guess because I was only buying a remnant and not a FULL SLAB!!! Really didn't deserve even1 star. Don't tell a customer you have another appointment either without an apology. You made us feel like we weren't important enough!! Wise up when considering this place people!!!

Door adjusted 4x hinges poppin to only replace one hinge and it was a diffrent style. At end of day the stationary glass was cut 1/4" longer on top sayin my wall was out of plumb. But my door always hit on top reason for so many calls. Now im out of adjustment and it still rubs. Its past a yr and said no warranty left. Shit outta luck. Owner says thats the best help i can find. Be aware of all these things if u do use them. They will fix problems but remind u those problems will always be there.
