Unfortunately, she had to cancel the appointment due to a family emergency. I was understanding and rescheduled for the following week. Then, Kelly had to cancel again due to her kids being sick, which I also understood, so we rescheduled for a third time. This time, my appointment was set for 2:30 pm. At 2:30, no one showed up. I called the office, only to be told by the receptionist that Kelly didn't even have me on her schedule for 2:30 pm that day. No explanation, no apology--just a complete waste of my time. After multiple cancellations and poor communication, I've had enough. If you're looking for reliability and professionalism, look elsewhere. Terrible experience all around.

At the time of installation Jeff Chastain said there was a damage shutter and I should expect a replacement. A year has past and nothing has been done. After numerous phone calls and text messages over months. Mr. Chastain has failed to replace the damage. The damage was on one of the slats and I wanted the slat to be replace or a monetary refund. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Santa Rosa with no success. I would not do business with Jeff Chastain of Shuttercraft. I did business with the company 20 years ago with no problems. Shuttercraft for some reason has become an unreliable company. Jackie P
