We weren't really greeted by a server/host til a few minutes of standing there. As we sat down, we didn't get menus for about 6-7 minutes then the waitress didn't introduce her then took our drink order followed by a few minutes coming back with 2 out of 4 drinks including the 2 other drinks took another 15 minutes to get a water and a beverage. The waitress took our food order right after taking another tables order ultimately a long story short messed up the timing of the food coming out for both tables; when the other table was there before us. Our food came out basically one at a time with the all, wrong app, coming out with the entrees and we didn't get our right app until end of our meals. What made up for the half star in this rating is that the pizzas are quite decent and tasty by the lake and a plus they serve good quality gluten free crust and toppings. This place can be a hotspot for the locals once they figure out the kinks in the armor, providing the southern hospitality and make sure food & drinks come out in a timely manner; no matter the staffing issues and should informed to the consumers if that's the case. We will come back after a few more months. P.S the service did get half star better when our initial server went home for being sick then the wonderful waitress who took over made sure we were good.

Your server can really make or break your experience…read more Let's start with the good. The views from this place are absolutely incredible. Docking the boat and grabbing some food and beer while the sun is setting, is such a vibe (as the kids say). However, having an inattentive server that doesn't check on you, while you wait 70 min for your food on a kinda busy Wednesday night. To me that is unacceptable. By the time I got my food, after 70 min wait, it was wrong. To the restaurants credit, the manager did offer to make me a fresh burger. At that point I lost my appetite. I was so disappointed! Will I be back...maybe? I'm not itching to go back any time soon though . And if you have or know someone with a boat you can get these views in a lot of other places on the lake. The one aspect that is egregious and I can't overlook is $12 for a side salad with a sprinkle and I mean a sprinkle of chicken ($6 upcharge!!!). You would never be able to tell that there was chicken on there unless someone told you. Views- 5 stars Food - 3 (mid but passable. Not from me since my order was wrong.) Service- 1 (only because the manager was gracious enough to offer to cook the meal again) 3 stars- come for the views, grab a drink and don't rely on your server.

They were all cracked open when we got our bucket, so they were all dry and chewy. Just awful. Steamed oysters are not supposed to let air in like that while they're steaming. The buffalo chicken flatbread was the best tasting thing I've had on this menu. It was full of flavor! The tacos I had one night were also disappointing. They were average at best and made me realize I could've saved money by making my own. One time I had the infamous dill dip that I've grown to love so much over the years, but I refuse to get it again because it was not good. It did not taste the same as it used to. Too much dill & the white dip itself was not right either. It just tasted cheap. I still loved the atmosphere here very much! It will always have that going for it and the service is still good too. The new manager is a very nice man who has a great personality and eclectic style. I just really hope the kitchen can step up their game.
