During the visit, she repeatedly interrupted me whenever I tried to answer her questions, often talking over me before I could fully explain my concerns. It made me feel unheard and dismissed. The biggest issue was the lack of attention to my care. I was referred to this office for a specific medical concern, yet the recommended testing was not handled properly. One test was not performed as expected, and another specimen had to be rejected by the lab because the wrong collection tube was used. As a result, I had to schedule a second appointment to repeat testing. At my follow-up visit, Lisa O'Neal seemed unaware of why I was there and had not reviewed my situation beforehand. When I asked questions about the testing, I was told they don't test for certain strains, which was confusing given the reason for my referral and the specialty of the practice. Instead of taking the time to explain the reasoning or address my concerns, I felt like my questions were treated as an inconvenience. To make matters worse, when discussing the repeat test that had to be redone because of the office's error, I was asked in a dismissive tone whether I even wanted to retest, as though it didn't matter either way. Throughout both appointments, I never felt that my concerns were taken seriously. Instead, I left with the impression that my presence was an inconvenience rather than a patient seeking specialized care. I cannot recommend this provider based on my experience. Patients deserve to feel listened to, respected, and confident that their concerns are being addressed with professionalism and attention to detail.

I feel like I struck gold finding this lovely couple to co-treat me. I felt like my life was going to end when I got diagnosed with diabetes. Dr. Chahal went the extra mile to let me know that he is here for me. He is so smart, and guided me but most importantly he let me make all of the decisions for myself. My A1C went from an 11.9 to a 5.3 in 9 months! He continues to tell me how proud of me he is. I love the extra support. Dr. Rana brings the same amount of joy into my life. She has always been so supportive of my issues and my personal feelings. She has offered 110% of her heart into my journey of trying to conceive. I would cry and feel doubtful. She would pick me back up and say "you got this!" I am now 5 weeks pregnant. The schedulers in front office didn't even know the doctor left! When I ask for the doctor to call me with the information I get told I have to drive all the way in to have a 5 minute conversation on the procedure of a surgery. VERY UPSET that I had to leave work early and use time, spend an hour in traffic to get here on time, and waste gas money. This is not ok!

This lady will without a doubt create issues for Dr. Scherer going forward as your first point of contact is the front office, whether on the phone or in person. First visit $195, then $15 blood draw, then paying upfront for ordering of pellets of $122.54, then a follow up of $175.50 then finally the insertion of yet another $195!!! There were 2 other blood draws of $15 each. I had been paying $300 from a specialist up until just recently she raised her price to $350. And yes, that's pellets and insertion. I paid WVNC almost $800 to feel like shit!! Dr Huynh did not listen to me, she reduced the dosages to my detriment. Then, when it was time for next insertion, they want to do a follow up, then pay up front for the ordering of pellets, then another appointment for insertion. WTF!! But, then Dr. Huyhn tells me she thinks we need to wait because of my levels. Again, did not listen, I told her my history. Thank goodness I was able to get with my previous provider who knows what she is doing and I will be feeling better soon. My mistake for taking convenience over experience.
