I don't leave many reviews on social media, but I trusted Dever's assessment of our situation above and beyond any of the other companies. His recommendations not only ended up saving us from Wasting unnecessary $, but he also identified a couple trees which he recommended for me removal, which I hadn't thought of. And he was right. When they were removed today it was obvious they had major termite damage internally, which I never would have been able to identify myself, nor did any of the other groups mention it. If we would have left those trees, we would have had some substantial risk to our home and other structures if they would have fallen naturally. They were priced competitively, took care of the permitting, and got the work done in a timely manner. Beyond that, they cleaned up after themselves and had our property looking immaculate afterwards. The crew cleaned up after the work was completed so that there was no dust or wood chips on our roof (and our neighbor's roof since they had to access the neighbor's property to fully take down the tree). Anyone visiting us the next day would've never known that we just had a giant tree cut down. There was some oil spillage on our paved alley/driveway from a chainsaw that broke while cutting down the tree, and Northside provided us with a free power wash to take care of the problem. Northside does excellent work and I recommend them if you need a tree taken down.
