A heads-up on the wings: they're not pre-sauced--they come with sauce on the side. I'd recommend asking for extra, along with a side of what I think was house-made blue cheese. We tried the Cajun Hot Honey and DoughBoys sauces--the latter had a kind of honey mustard vibe. I believe they brine the wings, smoke them, and coat them in rice flour.
