Total scam. They stole $1700 dollars from me for trying to reschedule an appointment because they don't answer the phone. It was supposed to be 2 treatments and they took the money and blocked me and could have cared less. They also don't wear gloves for invasive procedures, gross. I had a great appointment at Bleu Beauty yesterday! Melissa and her team were so friendly and helpful in explaining the various treatments. The office and treatment rooms were beautifully decorated in addition to clean. Everyone wore gloves during my treatments and were very careful! I had fibroblast around my eyes and even if I can't go out in public for a few days, I know it's going to be beautiful and worth the time and expense in a few weeks! read more

These people are shiesty. Their policies are very odd. When booking, you pay for it in full & if you cancel, they keep every cent of your payment. You can only reschedule ONE time & after that, you go to the appointment or they keep all your money. They only care about the money, period. read more

So let me just start off by saying I went and saw a different place prior to this experience I am going to share but just recently I went to Bleu Med Spa & Laser Clinic because I wasn't able to get in as soon as I needed with the other place. For my appointment they asked how much botox I had gotten previously and did I see results. I said the previous place had injected me with 30 units and I saw great results. (Matter fact I started seeing significant results in 3 days.) With this information I thought that they would just do the same amount that was previously done, no... I was injected with 45 units without making sure that's the amount I was ok with and the amount that I even wanted to pay for. Speaking of paying for it.. so AFTER I was injected they proceed to tell me that they did away with the "special" pricing whatever that was going to be and there was no discount. And after $540 dollars, was an entry for a tip, something I never saw and stupid me tips them. I was struggling to see results... here I am day 11 and I'm still having major forehead movement. I wanted to give it time to kick in so I waited and then I called at the 11th day to let them know the situation and they told me that the injector was "getting use to my face" and any touch ups would be out of my pocket . I spoke with someone from a dermatologist office and they said there's no way if she injected me correctly that I shouldn't see great results after 45 units just as I did with getting only 30 units previously. I'm not sure what they were shooting in my face or if it was super diluted but I will never be going back to them again. read more

Once you make the appointment (and you MUST pay in full) the money is theirs. Show or no-show. 1 reschedule is allowed and you MUST be there to get the service, otherwise you paid for something you didn't get. Remember you must pay in full to book so that means they keep it all. Several have gotten together who have had money kept by this merchant for various reasons to include COVID. My daughter is out $600. Be very cautious of someone who wants full payment for services not yet rendered. This is a military wife? My daughter is the wife of a soldier and they don't act this way.
